The build works. But,. instead of going spell supp & life to the right tree, take Brinkmanship & hatchet mastery instead. Makes mapping feel like an arrow build. And the build is complete at lv 92 instead of 99. Spell supp is only needed for Ubers. It has no use for 99.99% content.
Not gonna lie, bleed has been a dissapointment this league.
Yeah, I specifically wanted to avoid warcries for my melee build for the reason of automation. Nothing sounds worse than having to constantly spam 3-4 warcries. Ick! My Sweep/Double Strike Slayer is pushing reds on a 4 link right now which is cool. I'm going to be unstoppable once I can afford a Replica Farrul's Fur.
It's so hard to play poe cause I can't use pob😢

Hey, whats your thoughts about running Petrified blood in order to run clarity, vitality and blood and sand w/ arrogance + Bloodthirst (low life damage)... I am tinkering with it and its interesting...
Do you have any thoughts on Unwavering Stance? Ziz seemed to think it was necessary for a Block build, since blocks still stun.
I'm so confused about the battlemage cry... wouldn't enduring cry be great for bossing and you could save those points for more damage / anything else? you might have less armor though I suppose...
im making a new character cause i did slam slayer while it was good it felt like i just fell over at the slightest bit of damage at least i have veiled mods i craft for this

I was playing a Blood magic version of the build, and went to see yours, just changed the passives and got -mana on rings and im trying right now, the damage is way better, I just need some more mana reservation and it will be perfect, thanks for the guide.,

How do you deal with mana regen issues?
Canniballistic + -7 on Rings + Amulet makes it very easy.
would the mastery "10% of leech is instant" help our tincture uptime? I am having a hell of time rolling reduce mana burn rate on the flask with the DOT multi
It helps a little but not mandatory at this point.
I've got this set up and... I hear the automation trigger but no curse, no cold snap. I don't even know if the archmage's cry is triggering. (using wildstrike/frost blades of kat). When I trigger battlemage's cry manually I see the countdown timer but when it triggers the spells don't go off. (ahh, the build ruiner: *_Skills using Multistrike cannot be exerted)_* Well, there goes that idea.
You figured it pretty fast but yeah - you can try to exert some other skill tho to still curse enemies.
When should I use this passive tree over the previous one, I'm lvl 30 at the moment, shold I focus directly in this one?
Not really, go with old one and swap to this around 90+
I made a few less than ideal passive choices and now I am starved for regret orbs
Don't worry bout it - you'll farm those fast!
lacerate has too small aoe for me tbh, i switch to eviscerate as main skill
Unfortunately eviscerate Lacks potential for bleed fishing especially against bosses - so it is mostly mapping skill.
@@ronarray true single target is weaker vs boss but I'd take it since I can literally destroy fully doubled mod juiced expedition maps haha

The main issue i'm running into is mana issues after dropping blood magic
Just roll -7 on rings AND on amulet and take Cannibalistic - I never had mana issues from day 1.
Great video! I too made some changes to my build this weekend and most of them you suggested in the video! Blood tincture and eviserate have been huge helps to the build. Definitely going to try swapping out determination for skitterbots and auto curse

How do you think this build compares to zizarans? Im lvl 70 atm but using blood magic with pride and vitality my hp is 1500, im very tanky but it is still scary sometimes, im lucky i got laccerate of hemorrage at lvl 40 though and have been wiping everything that stands in my way
I think Blood Magic is good early if you are not experienced enough to deal with mana - but alter on when you will have -7 Mana Cost crafts it is better to do my version. Cheers!
New player, this build has helped me through the league. How did you get wicked blade skill on the passive tree?

You need to annoint your amulet using oils. For wicked blade passives, you need to use Amber Verdant & indigo. (see Sister cassia for annointement)
You will need to anoint an amulet at Cassia with it.
I use crushing fist because you are already close to the enemies so why not
I think Eviscerate helps to clear better tbh

Still jagged Edge supremacy - too early for Crimson Dance.
is there a loot filter for this build?
Still normal neversink with custom looting weapons - nothing else required.
Any reason to not go for a shaper shield for the 5% life on block?
Can go for it but not a lot of point - if you block often you will survive anyway - we need to protect ourselves against hits we are NOT blocking. Cheers!

Is this build good for sanctum? If not , what mechanics would you recommend?
It is very average for Sanctum, not enough range for it. Everything else works.
Been following your original build guide, it's been a great help so far because my brain is too small to make my own build work. Super tanky, damage is great for clear and bossing (even though I'm using crimson dance, sorry!). I'm on red maps and so far I've only died to Vorana in a juiced logbook (like 6 times). Keep up the good work

Mana recoup allows you to keep up tinctures for a long long time :)
Interesting tech as well - We don't really have a lot of space for mana recoup tho but it is still a cool thing.

Great build btw, i am playing bleed slam chieftain for yhe 7 link and easy res. At 11mil dot dps and also 80% block. Gotta say i scale Banners due to the warcries and it doubles my dps. I am thinking of going semy aura stacker with perfect agony. A tip for Agont, impossible escape with Acrobatics gives you perfxt agony and the spell supress wheel ;)@ronarray

This the first time playing melee in a long time and this has been a lot of fun. It took me longer in the acts because it's not what I'm used to. I got 2 really good uniques by act 3 that gave me insane attack speed lmao I already managed to acquire a divine worth of investment.

I found WERY handy thing for this build. Rage Vortex as utility skill. 1st, i hate Rite of ruin (its made me squishy) and i love Blitz (its made me faster, and it's like 80% of Rite of Ruin effectiveness). Vortex stacks blitz charges almost instantly without crit investments. Also i linked it with culling strike, maim and fortify. Realy usefill. And yea, this starter is realy smooth, thanks alot ^^

do you know why my pob shows 65 65 block chances, but ingame it's 65 54 ? The build is exactly the same

Amazing insight on the build. I'll definitely give it a try. Also, what kind of MTX are you using on your character? Right now I wish we had some sort of "gladiator" look, with the helmet, body armour, shield and etc, but the game lacks so much. I found one, but I missed it, it's called Manticore set. We can buy the shield MTX, but not the armour bundle unfortunately.
I'm using Old Victorious Set - I think it is much closer thematically. Cheers!

How hard do you think it would be to switch to your version of the build from zizaran’s at act 10

Just finished the campaign, I love your build ❤️ I’m capped on res, 65(90% block chance and I haven’t done Uber lab yet :3 and I don’t have a unique armor or rare armor on (besides tabula) :D Also the Jack Axe is so good!

IT is the percentage with which your build overcapped block, don't worry about it.

You need last ascendancy for 87% chance with lucky.

Idk how you Can have a 7M dps on your pob juste with Jack the axe lol. Rest of your stuff provide no dmg at all..
WAIT! you can get a spark per character from tormented boss and Liliith kills? I thought it didnt matter which character it was the account getting credit and getting a spark.
Lilith and Tormented is account wide - BUT you can get multiple ones from Wolves rep (so many characters = many sparks).
You know whats crazy is for new players comin in wiyh no tools not k owing what to look for unless they are good at google fu and can parse what the fuck the unexplained symbols on the wiki mean not a single guide says a single word about where lacerate of hemoraegging comes from.

How do you get the herald to work with the other two auras? I'm pretty sure i picked the same skills on the lvl 91 tree but still can't use it.
Make sure that those are not linked to anything else in your setup and you don't have other reservation such as Aura automation.
