Travis may have been the first to land the 360 in a foam pit or inflatable ramp but Deegan was most definitely the first to land it in a competition. Travis went out and tried it in an X-Games and crashed then Deegan went after him and landed it minutes later in the same X-Games. Maybe Deegan didn’t “invent” the trick but was the first to land it when it mattered. Not taking anything from Travis but on the same hand you can’t take that from Deegan.

the main chick and skater in the tom petty video free falling is my friend's sister and that's his big claim to coolness at parties. random but she is super religious and knowing she was in a video with a killer messed her up. she is hot as nails in person btw.

I used to climb at a moderately high standard for the time. I ran into a climbing partner who still climbs. He was telling me some of his current ventures. In the conversation l said, "there are more important things in life than climbing." He said, "who told you that, your mother?" I replied, "no" that he had said that to me in the past. He lóoked down and we said good by.

I have been around Phelper and have been at skate sessions with Phelper. Quite a few skaters I know from the SF scene were friends with the guy. I never liked Phelper that much so I have no problem with him not getting a RIP mention.

The guy has givin his life to skateboarding. And still doing it. The guy helped half the country get skateparks built, There are quite a few pros these days, who as kids saw Tony at their new skatepark and that got them commited. He's also one of the most down to earth celebrities there is. Always will take the time to stop and talk or sign autographs. Even Riley said that never in his life did he ever see him not sign an autograph for someone. People who trash him are just jealous, hate their own life and 80% probably dont even skate anymore, if they ever really did . And they most definitely watched" All this Mayhem "one too many times 😂

So they all hated the guy for being competitive but still entered the same competitions themselves and tried to win. The hypocrisy is mind blowing. If the haters possessed any integrity (or logic), they would not enter competitions. Better still, get them a dictionary and have them look up the word "competition". "Let's all enter a competition but split the prizes so there's effectively no winner." Bizarre.
