Hi zach! Did you went half a size up on your shoe with the zamst a1?is kind of bulky looking and paired with nike performance socks,it might tighten the fit.🤔

This makes no sense at all. Unless you're adding weight and production of force in any direction this is useless

No love anywhere for the Ultrashot 3? I really wanted to love the Torneo - it's so comfortable - but I have hallux rigidus/limitus and need a really soft upper on top of my enormous sesamoid; the eyelet of the Torneo sits right on it. 😩 If you've got any other recommendations for shoes with soft uppers in that region, I'm all ears!! PS - the South Hills misses you.

Great video! Now I know exactly where to go if an ankle sprain is in my volleyball playing child's future. I hope it doesn't happen, but it's great to get some expert advice in advance and also to get a little more insight on what sorts of demands volleyball players put on their feet and their shoes.

The basketball lesson video would be great. I think your expertise as a foot doctor reviewing athletic shoes is already extremely valuable, but if these lessons help you refine your footwork and your game I can't imagine how much that will supercharge your observations on how each shoe is working. It will be really interesting to see if some shoe designs that seem bad for the average player transform into great shoes for more experienced players. I'm thinking about shoes like Tatum 1 where you pointed out how JT plays on the balls of his feet, liked the suspension in the midsole, and had very minimal traction in the heel.

Amazing idea and decision to get yourself a personal basketball coach! It's going to be great for your game, it's going to elevate your performance reviews and benefit your channel! A video of your classes would be really interesting! I could add that playing as many actual basketball games as you can, would also help you progress and get better. Anyway, don't give up and keep going! 👍🏻

Do you have a basketball shoe guide or feature recommendations for a 13 year old with Osgood Schlatter and Severs Disease? What type of features or foot support should one look for in a basketball shoe? He is wearing the relief sandals around the house but the heel inserts don't really help him. He has grown about an inch in the last four weeks. Thanks.

Take notice that Nike’s always get the lowest overall scores, in most cases. Puma, New Balance, Adidas and Li-Ning are simply higher quality.

Even though there are differences, I don't understand how these are different enough to justify a separate release. Especially given how many signature models Nike has with similar specs. Nike's "move to zero" is hard to believe with the number of models they're churning out.

Doc Zach i am also so tired of nike pulling the same thing again and again. I mean why even release a new GT cut- iteration if they dont plan to put in a moneys worth of zoom air bags in anyways? Why even bother if nike (like 25-50 releases in the last few years) still wants to save on a 2$ air bag in the back of the shoe!? Good review as always though!

Yeah it's so weird because the 3 cheapest bball shoes from Nike (Precision 7, Renew Elevate 3 and Giannis Immortality) all have shanks. Then for some arbitrary reasons they just remove it from the supposedly more "premium" GT Cut line and some of the signature lines as well (Tatum, Luka)

Played in these about 5 or 6 times in the last 2 weeks. I find these shoes encourage a little too much ankle inversion and thus I'm not jumping from the big toe side of the balls of my feet. Has anyone else experienced this?

So is the cushion setup better than the 1s? Seems kinda weird to go from react to cushlon. I’m guess the traction is more durable as well meaning more capable for outdoor use?
