I was looking for one and I was a bit intimidated by the price of this mount, in canada its around $50, but doing some extensive research and coming across I've come to say that your video is helpful! I will not be buying the amazon cheap mounts and instead I'll buy these motorrad ones, thanks!

I'm a truck driver 6' 295 pounds. I bought a Sand color 350 signal as an alternate means of transportation. Had it a few months now and only the speedo needle melted and I had to get a new one under warranty. It is limited to 78 mph regardless of what you do to it. I've done all the mods and 76 mph is it. Tends to bog down on hills. But it's a put put, and parts out of India are cheap and get to you in a week. 😅

Since you have had the helmet for some time now do you still think the shield still does a good job staying in position if it is not locked all the way down? The main thing that intrest me about this helmet is the weight. I have a Nolan N100-5 now, it’s a great helmet but a little heavy.

  • @BackDraftBikes

@@BackDraftBikes I have this bike, and I have the stage one bren tune. I was more referring to the maps that they put out. Like if you look on the m1000 rr they actually offer a stage two tune. You would figure if they had those for this bike, they would release them on the site. I’m not sure what kind of a tune in your stage two is, but like I said, I was referring to what they release.

I sold my PA year model 22 today and bought a Triumph. Was so pissed when it started spraying like a fountain from the oil pressure sensor 200 miles from home. Lost tons of money on it as Pan America has very poor resale value, Worst motorcycle I have ever owned, crappy low rpm torque, jerky and the engine sounds like a can of screws in a washing machine, don't buy a Pan Am, you are buying trouble.

Had to do about 30 miles in the black on a stretch of N. Georgia mtn fire roads. Super Sketchy. Ended up investing in some helmet lights I throw in my backpack. May want to look into it. Outbound lightning and Cyclops both make one that attached via action camera mount Of course you stopped at Starbucks, isn't it required by law if you own a GS? Just like a KTM is required to give you constant anxiety about unknown gremlins popping up mid ride.

Not sure why you wored this service from the right side of the bike? You know ... the removal of the oil filter is done from the left side of the bike. That does not require removal of any other component (oil cooler line) because you can just pull the filter out with no obstacles.

I was just in Front Royal last Monday, and then Big Meadows Monday night. Big Meadows is 51 miles in - seeing your clock at 7:35pm I knew you wouldn’t make it before dark - recreation.gov - make reservations. I think the same family you had last year was next to us this year. Campground was packed. It was hotels for the next 3 nights.

Harley can be mastered using aftermarket and than they are the best flippin bike ever that rides for hours and hours painlessly, and mannnnn those forward controls are heaven
