My buddy at work says that cyanocobalamin is produced by recovering the froth that exists at human sewage plants dehydrating it, making a powder and then putting that powder into supplements and energy drinks like rockstar

You have never heard of Histone Acetylation... Which is pretty conclusive you are not sure about how epigenetics works. That 2% of genetic code, which they used to call junk DNA. Is epigenetic it is responsible for turning on or off any gene. So in your diet through epigenetics action proper nutrition got a gene to go active or dormant.

He’s created a story for his followers. It’s all marketing for profit. I formulated my own health fixes when my doctors let me down. I went down many rabbit holes, but as an engineer I wanted validation. I found introducing magnesium in several forms, b complex & b12, d3/k2, dhea, tug, nac, ala and a few others work really well for me. Low carb works great for me, as well as reduced eating window. Exercise, good sleep as well as avoiding sugar and processed foods has been a journey to good health.

You can’t get around the fact that flour in the USA is not the same as flour elsewhere in the world like Europe. American bread is poison.

Chris, why are you not a keto proponent? Aren't ketones magic? They change so much in the body and all.

Ascorbic acid is dangerous in high amounts, oxalate issues are nothing. After listening to ‘crackpots’ over the years first came the spider veins, bleeding gums, joint pains, depression, brain fog and finally inguinal hernia. It’s taken me surgery and 7 years to reverse this damage. Wouldn’t touch ascorbate ( whatever it’s bound to ) with a 15ft stick 😨 NOT vitamin c for us human beings

Hope this helps someone. He is correct. If one has a early stage of life, sub clinical copper deficiency, subarachnoid brain bleed is possible later. It wasn’t the heavy meat diet or low plant! 🙏🏻

Folic acid is an excellent source of folate. It was put into the food supply to prevent neural tube defects. Hypothyroidism cannot be cured with nutrition. Misinformation at best here.

Stop saying mold mycotoxin urine tests don’t correlate with mycotoxin ecposures. If a landlord is not keeping the roof in good shape or working on the A/C and doctors tell lawyers to use urine I think you’re way off base. If you didn’t test your entire house and focused on one thing you don’t understand how mold progresses. That’s one problem. The other problem is you are not saying how many labs you used. You should state and show these tests. I’m a person who does not eat foods with high mycotoxins. For some of us what you’re saying would damage a victim’s legal case because you cannot prove what you eat.

If you go to court the mycotoxins in your urine and in your house must align. You don’t know if you’re leasing if you’ll go to court. This information is terrible harmful. The speaker didn’t say if he used the same company for both tests. He didn’t tell how or when either one was gathered. One of his tests was inaccurate. You need to listen to your physical. PhD’s don’t testify on your behalf in court

Chris, I thank God for you, your struggle, and this particular video you made, about midway through I went to the cabinet and found some Biotin, took 2 1000mg tablets w/ a touch of fulvic acid and blended it up in some cranberry juice. and felt a release of all of my tight muscles and tendons which I can only describe as Locked up for the past 20 - 24 years. I was taking riboflavin per your advice and it didn't make much difference, but this I felt almost immediately. I noticed the same thing you did, that I basically wasn't digesting fats into fatty acids. Also i've used MCT oil before with great success, THANKYOU !!!!!!!!

my dog became sensitive after a fluroquiniones anti biotic that caused seizures. I wish I had understood this better because she kept having seizures. they got worse the more meat I gave her. Salmon seemed to be ok the last seizure was after beef that caused a uti and the seizure would not stop so I had to put her down. I'm so sad.

if zonulin is high you need a meat based as high fat as you can consume eliminated diet. The only thing that fixes gut issues is high fat in the presence of low inflammation which means no plant material, no carbohydrates, no sugar, no seed oils and def no alcohol. took me over a year to fix on meat and water only. good luck

Heard from a GP that MTHFR gives you a higher risk for clotting, therefore some medications are not advised.
