  new servers get migration tokens, after that its CSC. you have to migrate during CSC. Check out your events, to see if its happening!. Once canyon starts, CSC should happen every few weeks.

  that's subjective to each player. I could give you the top 3 off the top of my head, but if you dont have those alphas or MB's, then its not gonna help. There's too many variables, premium, non premium etc =)
