that's subjective to each player. I could give you the top 3 off the top of my head, but if you dont have those alphas or MB's, then its not gonna help. There's too many variables, premium, non premium etc =)

How do I promote my upgraded mb. They are not visible in quick promote area

You have to go to that MB's page and click the + button and promote it the original way.

I do not know why your Subtitles are disabled. all my videos have them enabled.
