  The sad thing is, what kept Batman's popularity alive for years, after the awful Batman & Robin, was the BTAS show. Most of Batman's stories work much better in longer form story telling, and if a show were made that takes the subject seriously with a decent budget and competent writing, there could be a great show that DC makes bank on by increasing Max subscriptions. Instead, we get "meh" quality movies that barely turn a profit every 4-5 years.

  There is definitely a lot of meat there to expand across multiple seasons! Sadly it’s been six years since this video and the thinking at WB remains the same. I don’t know if MAX is moving forward with the Gotham PD TV show and the Penguin show but one thing is for sure those streaming shows will not focus on Batman.

  Writing was laughable. Action was typical netflix... not even close "hits". The entire show was clear propaganda wrapped up in a "show". If that is your thing, then so be it. So many plot holes and inconsistencies. Story layout and character development shown how the writers could not handle this show. Too shallow or too lightspeed fast. Goes from zero to 100 and almost noting in the middle. What these people from the show "thinks" answers things, just does NOT. Proves they don't know why. What they think has all this weight, just is really shallow or substance less.

  OMG I LOVE THIS SHOW... They screwed themselves to compare or be related with X-Mens anyone cares about the X- Mens especially when all the companies exploit this movie anyway technically getting burned out with the X-Men.

  If they bring it back, they better do it soon because those actresses can only look 12 being 14-16ish or something in RL for so long. It wouldn't be impossible to do it, but it would be a noticeable difference from the 1st season. What a shame, it was a fun show and had a good cliffhanger at the end.

  Colony Series 3 is on Netflix now but it's being removed on 1st May 2024, so need to get a move on to watch it. It's great!

  Joel made season 1 with out him season 2 was always doomed Mackey just didn’t replace him well. I have watched season 1 30 times but season 2 is a drag every time.
