Is it possible to have alexa announce "door open"? I have it connected to alexa and can see that the door is open/closed from the Alexa app but despite adding a routine i cannot get anything audible to trigger from any of my ech dots? I am wanting a loud alert on a door as we are experiencing break ins at the moment. Hope you can help cheers

A very good cam, but it's need the feature to stream on pc's and storage on NAS-Systems. Then it will a shooting star on the market. Because the stream over "Smart Life App" for Alexa or else had n delay from 10 seconds, that's to much. But this is the feature the customer wants. Native streaming on Alexa or either monitors. I'dont want to buy a tablet for instant view my kids on the terrace. Also Multiview are a nice feature. Because for more then one cam. But for the first time, you make a good job and nice product. greetz from germany.

Just got one and am quite disappointed with it. My Panasonic smart TV is not on the list, I can control some functions using a generic Panasonic TV template. The DIY option which you have to use for IR switches and other unlisted devices works with the app BUT YOU CANNOT CONTROL THEM WITH ALEXA. I have emailed support via the app to see if there is a way around these problems and will update this comment favourably if i get a solution.
