Hey I got the ufo sunset lamp off Amazon and mine won’t go into strobe light mode does that mean there’s no app to connect it to?

followed these steps exactly on an iPhone 11 and it will not connect it just times out "failed to add" is there an extra step to make this connect on Iphones?
