  Usually I’m fine with it. This night I figured why not try lucid dreaming with this? I read about SSILD so I tried it while listening to this, because I figured it would make me sleepier. I started feeling like I was shaking. Violently. I thought OK, strange. Then I heard footsteps. But I knew that footsteps are a common hallucination. Then, I started seeing black splotches and FUCK. THAT. SHIT. This is useful for sleeping but I almost met the Hat Man.

  This is nothing short of incredible! For someone who’s been living with chronic pain the past 9 years, and been having an especially rough time with it lately, I’m here to say THANK YOU WITH ALL MY HEART!!! I woke this morning with barely a trace of pain for the first time since I can remember! Even the new pains in my wrists, carpal tunnel thing, is gone right now since I woke up this morning. I listened all night long with my sleep phones. I am truly very happily grateful!!!🥰🙏🏼

  Ohhh my! Just what the Universe and doctor ordered for me tonight! I love the 174Hz frequencies and the waves washing upon the shore. I had to make a trip to the beach myself today and had the entire beach ⛱️ to myself and yes waves on the shore. A splendid day and synchronicity with these frequencies now. Here is a poem for you all tonight: Nature By The Sea... Waves crash upon the sunset shore. Fishermen tell of the seas folklore. Tiger Sharks and giant whales. And all the creatures you hear in tales. Turtles come on the beach at night to hide their eggs from the seagulls site. Grunions spawn in the sand on the shore. And Nature by the sea goes on for evermore. Wow can't believe I wrote that in 6th grade omg 😂. I felt the urge to share my poem with you ALL! I Love you beautiful shining souls and sweet dreams riding the "Waves" 🌊⛱️👣🌞💫🪶🙏♾️💛🌊☯️💚 🌊👣🌞
