Solfeggio is an 11th century musical scale based on sound frequency and its mathematical correlation to shape, in sacred (foundational) geometry.

I needed this tonight. ❤️ Yesterday my mum had a serious health emergency and ended up in the ER. I have to navigate this new situation, and being "the strong" daughter, while I'm still having trouble recovering from a prior crisis.

Phi Tribe fan for quite awhile but recent family health issues have been unsettling and causing disturbed rest. This I turned on at 1 am and finally able to get to sleep and have 4 plus hours Dee sleep. Love love love!

We're having family issues..my father is alcoholic...my mother passed away last year, it's really hard to navigate through life.
