Not sure why it didn’t come sanded and painted as the other side did. We were in a bit of a crunch to get back on the trails. Maybe it’ll get blasted and painted one day.

Came in with too much power not enough torque those other ones either have a higher balance or locked diffs idk what I’m talking about but I’m starting and trying to learn as much as possible

This is only gonna work on the 8.8 rear axle. Not sure if it works on the 7.5 which you might have since it’s just a 2.3L.

We use to wheel in Vinton all the time. Did most of it in a old ford explorer and a Toyota 4runner. Had lots of fun. We still have many old videos of it on clydedog72 channel.

It’s really easy to tell when you’ve hit private property in VC. 1000s ride all this weekly so if it’s not beat down like a dirt road it’s private property. Also not sure if you’re from around here but VC is not somewhere you wanna be on someone else’s property. They will come out with a pew pew. You ever hit the stump hole before it got filled in?

There are plenty of trails that’re well worn that are on private property. So, just because it’s beat down doesn’t mean it’s fair game and it’s not private property or vise versa. Private property we believe we ended up on was essentially what we thought was a continuance of Kruger rd. We never once seen a private property or no trespassing sign. Are you familiar with that road? Kruger rd doesn’t look like it’s traveled much at all. Our ranger couldn’t handle the stump hole before it was filled in. Maybe one day it’ll be built to be that capable. We’ve been on all the popular roads in VC as far as I know. So we’ve tried to branch out in other areas to find ones that aren’t commonly traveled. Any recommendations?

It’s meant for a Toyota Tacoma. It’s from a company called Hooke road. Had to slightly modify some holes but that’s it. 👍🏻

Radiator was fine. He had to change the trans fluid and power steering fluid a few times but all is good now. 🤘😎

No "e" brake? Also you didn't do a disc brake master cylinder and prop valve.

Haven’t looked into the parking brake any further. Currently it is inop. It looks as if the master is the same as the one on the explorer with rear disc brakes. Any input on where I should go with a new prop valve?

Tires were at about 14-15psi as the trails down here are scattered between paved roads. These Coopers M/T’s aren’t meant for slippery rocks as we were experiencing here. Brooke does excellent in nearly all scenarios and is still learning every outing. This particular trail isn’t one we typically go up. It was our first time. Usually we are going down it. Cheers! 🍻

Accidents happen, my man! The line was all the way left and he went just a hair too far on the right side. The Toyota in the water has since been pulled out and drove it home. No harm, no foul. We aren’t rich by any means. Just doing what we love, a Hobby that brings smiles to our faces. Whats your hobby that you love?
