Very nice! 👍🏽👍🏽
Thank you sir!
awesome!!! Do you have any tips for national city bnsf railfanning?
Thanks dude! For national city, weekdays from late afternoon to early night time is your best bet for freights down there.
@@SanDiegoRailfanner500 thanks
@@SolanaRailfanner You’re welcome
Nice catch! Should've paced it on the freeway with that kind of speed!
Thanks! I might consider pacing one along the freeway sometime.
WHAT'S The IDEA Of Triple BNSF Meet And Why 3 BNSF TRAINS Meeting EACH Other On A 2 TRACK MAINLINE? Not To Mention The 2 Southbound BNSF TRAINS One One Them A DAYGO And Another A AUTORACK And The Northbound WHATEVER It's A Northbound DAYGO Or AUTORACK, But Why BNSF Didn't SPACE Out Their Freight TRAINS By Miles? It's Impossible For A 3 WAY Meet Between 3 BNSF TRAINS On A 2 TRACK MAINLINE On The SAN Diego Subdivision. THAT HAVE Me Wondering Why The Southbound BNSF AUTORACK WAIT For The TRACKS AHEAD To Be CLEAR To Allow The Southbound DAYGO Go First While Meeting A Northbound TRAIN Close To Within The Junction Alongside The MTS Trolley Blue Line THAT is Alongside INTERSTATE 5 FREEWAY. For A 3 WAY Meet In Southern CALIFORNIA Between 3 BNSF TRAINS, THAT'S Mostly On The BNSF SAN BERDANDIDO, CALIFORNIA With 2 Junctions, One On The EAST End Of Fullerton STATION And Another One Within THAT RAILROAD Crossing In PLACETINA, CALIFORNIA Both Which Those TRACKS Go Down To The ORANGE Subdivision Which SEREVAL Miles Down LATER Wii Become The SAN Diego Subdivision. When Seeing A 3 WAY Meet Of 3 BNSF TRAINS, I Find THAT HARD To Believe
I am not sure why they all stopped there either
Awesome shots, man
Thanks! Was nice to meet you as well
@@SanDiegoRailfanner500 Nice to meet you too! Cheers
Another great video! When do you usually catch day time freight trains?
Thanks! I usually catch them between Old Town and downtown San Diego, Sorrento Valley as well.
Nice video! Where was this clip taken 2:19
Thanks! That clip was at 19th Street in National City.
Nice growling dpus!
Thanks!
Hi
Hi
What's up
Wow❕
Indeed! Especially rare for this line.
What caused the malfunction?
I made a beat out of this crossing by flicking a soda can on a beat
I was thinking: “What if the bridge was for the high speed trains?
It’s not unfortunately
How do you catch so much freight in SD??? Just want to know so I can get some BNSF footage.. nice vid btw
Thank you! For BNSF, there are usually very specific times that they run. NB freights usually run at like 9:00-11:00pm now and SB freights usually run after midnight. Every so often though they run in the middle of the day but it's rare. For the national city local, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 3-5pm are your best bets. Hope that helps!
Nice Day time in Dago!!
Nice! National City all the way up to Oceanside including a nice mix of Amtrak, NCTD Coaster, and BNSF! 👍🏽👍🏽
Thank you! It is nice to railfan in a variety of locations.
Fast safetran bell
Definitely
Did anyone see the led street light go off too?
I saw it happen too which was also strange lol
Very cool video, looks like San Diego can give you some fun opportunities to railfan. Is there any chance you have the exact dates of the military trains? I believe they were involved with picking up and taking the Hawaii Army National Guard’s 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team to Joint Readiness Training Center ~ Training Rotation 23-8.05 @ Fort Johnson, LA which ran from July 6 to Aug. 6.
Thank you! The military trains were June 21st and June 24th, 2023. 👍
@@SanDiegoRailfanner500 Thanks so much for the dates.
@@dcmkris No problem
Nice video!!
Thanks dude!
must be sad to post this
Why? Lol
video quality is good but seo need then viral
Catching BNSF on the track normally used by NCTD and the Surfliner protect engine is an outstanding catch! Nicely done!
Thank you! 🫡
Nice stuff!!
Thank you man!
Sweet catch, carrying equipment from 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team; Hawaii Army National Guard from Joint Readiness Training Center @ Fort Johnson, LA Training Rotation 23-8.05 which ran from July 6 to Aug. 6.
Do you want to increase the views of your KZread channel, then take some of my suggestions, you will see that the views will increase. thank you
Wire probably came loose. A lot of signal crews nowadays don’t seem to know how to clamp the wires properly. Probably just threw a nut and a washer over the wires lol
That’s why Bridges are Important to Ease Congestion. Railroad Crossings are not good on Busy Street. Especially Emergency Vehicles need to go by there too.
That bridge is opening soon to my understanding
Great video sir and greeting from Illinois!
Thank you! Greetings to you too.
Was dope meeting u at sorento valley waiting for the exec engine
Was nice meeting you too! 🤙
Great variety of locations.. I really enjoyed the video.
Thank you! I appreciate it!
That's a fully incandescent crossing. One of my favorites.
I HAVEN'T Seen You Posted TRAINS And RAILROAD Crossing Videos From 32nd Street. I WAS Hoping If You Are Going To MAKE TRAIN Videos There At THAT Street. Just Like Other KZreadrs THAT Did It. 32nd Street RAILROAD Crossing Is A Double RAILROAD Crossing Just Like 28th Street RAILROAD Crossing THAT Is Also A Double RAILROAD Crossing THAT BNSF Freight TRAINS And Trolleys Run Through Side-By-Side For A Mile.
I might video there sometime
I heard that the bridge opened. Amazing.
They built it fast for sure.
What caused the malfunction?
Not sure, maybe the fact there’s construction there
Happy New Year to you and yours! 🎉
Happy new year!
how the hell does that happen
No idea
That is so dangerous!!!
Yeah it is
Great Geep action! Always happy to see 4 axle EMDs working. Greetings from Tennessee.
Thanks for watching! That’s cool that you’re from Tennessee!
Nice catch! I seen the local on a Tuesday back in 2021, so I'd say it's an as needed
Thank you! They tend to run around 3 or 4 Monday-Thursday from my observations. Probably is as needed.
Very nice, like !!!
Thanks!
Wow, you got it using pretty much every crossing in National City.
It did a lot of switching so I was able to get them at many different places.
I've never seen the National City local on Thursdays before. The past year I've only seen them on Mondays.
Mondays and Thrusdays are the most common days they run. Sometimes Wednesdays too.
Beautiful shots and catch! Amazing work! New subscriber!
Thank you for watching and subscribing! You just got a new subscriber too! 🙂
@@SanDiegoRailfanner500Thanks! And anytime!
Great video!!
Thank you man!
Did it use that 3rd track further down to pull over to the side?
No it didn't. It just stayed in the station.
wow! Why was there a push pull set on a coaster? Thats sure strange
The push pull set was what I was originally headed out to see since I got word from someone it was coming. Little did I know that train would break down 😂
They didn't have an Extra Cab Car to use because 2306 went off to go lead the Christmas Train, and all the others that weren't in service were in storage. I wonder why they didn't pull out either 2302 or 2307 to fill in.
@@superbaddy4 there probably ready to get redone
2304 is already in refurbishment, and was like 99% complete as of well over a month ago, but yet it still hasn't returned to service yet.
@@superbaddy4 i wonder what horn it will have
Wonderful Video!! 👍Thumbs Up👍
Thank you my guy!
