My narcissist abuser would constantly make me question my memory and shift the blame onto me for the things he would be doing then play the victim and then act concerned and suggest therapy to make me question my sanity. He had lied so much about the dumbest things like his damn age. So when I woke wake up with questions asking him why he lied about everything he did he would just deny and make me question my memory like I’m some fool who doesn’t have a brain like he does. Having me around his friends who would have his version of the reality also so I think oh wow it must be me because there are multiple people who believe what he is saying. He turned out to be the biggest loser who was an over grown broke man child who had to spin all these lies just because he couldn’t stand to face the truth about his own existence. God protected me from this person in multiple ways tho. My intuition just wouldn’t let him get away with his lies and I would confront him. He couldn’t handle me questioning him about all his lies all the time so just 3 months in he decided to shift the blame on me and accuse me of cheating so he could go through my msgs and have me share my location with him. He had me almost move in with him when I had a place of my own and when he realized I wouldn’t let go confronting and holding him accountable he accused me of cheating on him and kicked me out in the middle of the night and stopped responding to me for the next 5 months. Just to come back acting like he overreacted and “didn’t remember” what happened.

It’s loser men who have nothing going for them who try to reel successful women into their web of lies and deception only to break their spirit and look better in comparison. Most of this has to do with jealousy and their lack of self worth. Notice how the woman had so much going on for her while the man was a barista and in the end she finds herself ruined and nothing going for her while she doubts even her own mind while the guy suddenly is important enough to be going to high profile parties. Sickening to the max. Narcissistic abuse should be taught in school!!!

Also the majority of people on mental health medication choose to do so because we know it makes things easier for us. Usually in the beginning it may be forced, but that’s when we’re really unwell, but later on we choose to continue to take it because it helps us. I’ve never heard of a partner forcing their partner to take mental health medication. Once, but the person was very ill and needed it. - Smashing mental health stigma & mental health myths.

This is a very mild form of what I’ve been living for the last 7 years of my existence. We’ve got two children and he uses them in his games every chance he gets. Thankfully they’re too young to understand what is happening, and they see his fake “love” for mom, and my complacency as nothing more than two happy healthy parents who love them and one another. I’m literally a shell of who I once was. I cringe every time he touches me or spews his bullshit, thankfully I love my kids enough to keep it to myself and just survive for them.

Ok so I am not in a relationship but these type of gratuitous controlling comments are handed to me by my manager at work, it all comes to show she does not respect me. She is allowing abuse and she takes every opportunity to avoid recognising me. As I was showing some work I created, she left half-way trying to show disinterest. I still might want to stay another year for personal reasons regardless of her but I don't know. I think she feels insecure and small.

My life since Covid...😢 Still counting...I was strong all these years...😢 Now that I escaped my abuser sent people in my block to make noise harasment all night...to force me to commit suicide 😢...also refused me medical care to stop me from leaving😢...hopeing I will die from infection and will be covert murder...I was just 26...now turned 30 not sure I make it to 31 😢...40 is clearly out of question...😢

I being married for 7 years now , I feel my Husban manipulate me because he always said he told me things the he never told me, I feel very confuse , this only happens with him, because he buy things and expend the money but he never told me he always said he told me , some times he is sweet but some time he is very mean, the other day I ask him to cook a chicken for me because I know he cook very good , then he put the chicken with species, he knows that I can not eat to late then I told him can you do me a favor please do his respond was… I am not your ducking chef then I feel in shock don’t said any thing 🥺, I don’t know how to handle this any more or I am a dramatic for how I feel ? 😔
