  I bought a CH yoke off Ebay for $45 total about a year ago. Absolutely love it to this day. I fly several hours per week and this thing never fails. Very durable and feels great in the hands. My only complaint is the mounting system and believe me, it sucks. I'm surprised there isn't an aftermarket mount.

  Any A&P is authorized to completely tear down an engine, inspect it, and reassemble it. He may have an outside shop do NDI on the crank or gears if called for . You don't need IA for any of this. An IA is only required for annual inspections and signing off the installation of STCs.

  Hi Micah. I just found your channel I'm enjoying your content. I have one question though, how did you get the 1.01 update for the c510 mustang. I've been unable to get the update. I've redownloaded the aircraft numerous times as was told by the developer, with now success. Are you able to help in this matter. Thanks again and keep up the great work on your videos.

  Cessnas do tend to drop a wing in a stall. Big aileron inputs (any aileron inputs!) in a stall would have an instructor screaming.

  pretty sad but nothing comes close to msfs2020 NOTHING, the realist feel and imagery in msfs is SOOOOO life like, i mean MS has one over on the others its using its satellite data and live weather, when ever i play MSFS i still cannot believe how this game is that realist and the plane models are so damn good

  Just for the mechanics of flying, XP11 will do fine. If you want more visuals, then get XP12

  What do you mean "locks onto the frequency" do you mean it doesn't capture the localizer and/or the glideslope?

  All flight simulator video games are great none of them are bad it's just that people prefer graphics over everything else in flight simulators I don't care about graphics I'll even play flight simulator 3.0 I have X-plane 11 and I'm sticking with that 12 is just a graphical update I'm going to wait until 13 comes out to get the next X-plane because 13 Is going to be the real game changer because it's two numbers I had not one number ahead and that's when they're going to take the best of 11 the best of 12 and just make it leaps and bounds better than both but like I said before all flight simulators are great Play all of them own all of them whether it's a combat flight simulator or a civilian flight simulator every single one of them ever made since the '70s is great

  I just bought new virpil hotas and pedals and as i feared they do not work on my favorite sim MSFS 2004. (FS9). Now i have to find a new sim and as you see i will stay with that sim for a long time. naturally MSFS was my 1st choice but i could not find a single SAAB 340 for MSFS. I saw great reviews for the LES Saab340 for X-Plane. LES says they do not support x-plane 12 but no one seems to have issues with the saab on 12. So that did not help me none at all in deciding. That is what makes this video so awesome. It helped me make my decision. Side by side comparison of both. I agree 12 does look better but it does not look anywhere near $50 better. so x-plane 11 is what i will be choosing. If it was $10 more i would take 12 hands down but not for $50 more. Thank you again for a great 5* side by side video that really helps people decide how to spend their hard earned money.

  @@MicahMesser i do not think that many updates have happened in the 8 months since you did this video. x-plane 12 still is not $50 better than 11. again i am not knocking 12, other than adding some payware aircraft i do not think there is really anything they could add or update to justify $50 more money over 11. 11 looks that good i assume it looks even better with the mods. I wil take that extra 50 and buy add on aircraft. i know i am in the minority on that thinking but i need to justify every penny i spend and make sure i am getting a good value. So take my opinion it with a grain of salt because i would still be playing FS9 if these Virpil Controls would work on it. LOL

  X Plane 12 FREEZING -- IS A NO GO FOR ME! WHAT DIFFERENCE DO GRAPHICS MAKE IF THE THING FREEZES???. I saw sooo much on how 'VULKAN' was the best thing since apple pie for X-Plane 12. This video proves that theory WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!! Nothing but sales pitch gimmicks

  I just happened to be checking some channels on Discord the other day and saw that you had posted something new. I'm glad that you're posting again, though I realize it will be infrequent at best. Also, you worked hard on your content for the courses you offer, so it's good to see you promote this. It is my intention to sign up for them later in the summer or early fall.   I will be focusing on videos like this and tutorials moving forward. It will be as frequent as time allows, which varies from week to week. One month you may see one upload while others you may see four or more. Just depends!
