  July 2024. I have owned this model for a few months. I wear it every day. Fantastic bargain. My avocation is collecting and restoring low end watches. I don't wear a watch when taking a shower or swimming. If you do, then for another $25 get the 100 meter model. 50 meters is fine for me.

  This guy was shaken as a baby I was dropped I wind mine by throwing at the wall very choppy also not very accurate seems to go backwards now. Like living like Benjamin Button. Smoke signals, messanger pigeon, Chinese whispers, didn't get any communication from Citizen with all these options going back to sundial

  Most autos don't like to be shaken so violently would make spring distort you sir are a moron need to buy expensive Rolex shake the piss out of it and enjoy the disappointment and do another video

  I have 6 citizen ecos , no probs here . Great watches .never had to use customer stuff .

  When I saw this first, I thought: Seiko SKX 009. Looks like a clone with same hands, bezel, case (+ a He valve). Always wondered why Deep Blue would make these. But it has a competitive price to the Seiko only less lume.😊 PS, I own 5 other DB models.

  I have Citizen watches ( Orca, Seaplane and Tsuyosa) and i had o send Tsuyosa back due to + 45 sec. a day. Watch came back after 3 weeks runs +12 sec. i got email that watch is on way back after movement was adjusted , but no tracking #, there was paper record of hat was done to watch i box... So i guess Citizen N. America is not greatest in communications but in your case is terrible . However i cringed when you tried blackmail them with usual influencer BS " I ll use my platform ..blah, blahblah". And if they offered you that insulting solution because of it, good on them. Do you really expected they will bend to empty threat ? and then you telling guy in Cali at you have to compensate me or else. You did not think that he will call your bluff,? Same bluff all influencers use ? Again, you got terrible service and it is unacceptable but instead contacting Citizen Japan or tried other person you went for blackmail and clicks and likes. Do you know how many happy customers Citizen have? Yep , while i agree with you that you upset and it was bad service all i see first is another clocks and likes attempt.

  I purchased this for Christmas and have not swap it out for another yet. I did change the strap with a engineer strap and it is the bomb. The black pvd coating is very durable, no scratches yet, for me that is very good. I am a fan

  Regardless whether the service dept. is useless, what I see are quality control issues. I'm hesitant to buy any Citizen now. I have probably ten Casio's, never had a bad watch from them. Here's the other thing, why is the service dept. so busy fixes watches, probably most under warranty......... that doesn't bode well!

  The miyota 8 series movement has this known issue of stopping and stuttering when shaken. Glad you highlighted their customer support and service issues, I'll think twice before going for a citizen.

  I have two Citizen eco drives both 10 years old they never miss a beat . If you want an automatic watch get a Swiss watch. I have many watches in my collection Swiss automatic watches are more superior.

  Thats the problem with naive reviewers, 1 bad experience and they will ditch all the good experiences and call it a bad brand / not to buy / warning etc. Dont work like that. I have citizen promaster pilot navihawk a.t, 3 bl5401perpetual calendars, 1 bl5140 square perpetual calendar and none of them is a let down after all these years. They are extremely reliable, accurate timekeepers stunning designs, and a very affordable cost as compared to finding same functions in breitling / omega / zenith / rolex for thousands...

  I have this in the batman and I really enjoy it. No way I would pay 20k for a rolex batman stainless steel watch. Great watch for regular people.

  I like Citizen EcoDrive and own one. Haven't tried their automatics. I think your warranty experience was horrid. I am finding, though, that manufacturing is going this way: Cut Cost, ...except on Marketing; assume most manufacturing glitches will go unreported, so the warranty repair center can be in Bangladesh. All appliances, cars, phones, laptops, all going this way. Welcome to the 21st Century, run by Bonus Driven CEOs. Good that you reported this. Seiko?

  Just subscribed to your channel. I love this colour but unfortunately it’s very expensive in this colour compare to most Pagani designs watches on an average I will probably buy the blue instead for £60 or wait for their crazy sales. Thanks for for sharing a great review.

  3:35 Are you a FAKE expert? Rolex made the exactly SAME cases for Daytona VARIANTS which are not meant to be used by anything else but the original rubber strap. It seems you have no clue.

  I purchased this watch 2 months ago. Tired of adjusting time every 5 days. Runs way to fast 6-1/2 minutes fast in 5 days. I have 4 Citizen watches. They run around 1 minute of accuracy in 3 months.

  id hazard a guess its not only Citizen. customer service has completely gone in the shitter over the past 20-30 years. nobody gives a shit anymore about the customer after the sale.

  I like the rubber straps on Pagani design watches their bracelets have solid looks but they often fall apart and end up changing them to rubber straps and the links as spares to other similar watches. Always a great value for money. I just subscribed to your channel. Thanks.

  Question. Since the entire watch comes off the band when the screws are removed, couldn’t you just get other finishes for the same watch and swap them out? Sort of a slow as fuck way to get your swatch on?

  I came across your video today, rather late I guess, after two years. I subscribe to everthing you‘ve said concerning the „service“ you have experienced. Nevertheless the stopping second due to shaking the watch appears to me quite normal in order to prevent damages of the mechanical unit. The hand really stops a little biit ahead and continues to move on just in time, after shaking the thing. My watch has just 3 seconds + a day, a very good accurancy, I guess.

  This watch's compass is shit, it doesn't work right. The appearance looks good beautiful but the quality is shit and the compass is shit too
