Great advice here, thank you for focusing on lifestyle factors and how we feel in our bodies over appearance! I've lost a lot of weight over the past year and it's all through having healthier habits - giving up drinking, preparing all my meals from scratch, no takeaways and exercising. I'm absolutely not dieting. When I was focusing on appearance and dieting I found it impossible to lose weight and my weight crept up to a very unhealthy level. I am relying on belts quite a lot at the moment as I can't afford to replace much yet but looking forward to my new wardrobe eventually :)

Don’t do laser, that increases hyperpigmentation and it’s painful. I used lactic acid for 3 years and my pigmentation almost disappears, now I am using Eucerin serum

Hello Kim. Using redupetin cure and spf 50 on spots during sun exposure (means every day) can help. I have similar problem. And my brother had much bigger, but this helped him tremendously.

Have a beautiful, relaxing summer! We already went to SanAntonio, TX (Where I was born and raised), for FIESTA! It's like 10 days of parades, parties, and food! Very colorful. We are still going to do some traveling to other states and see some things we haven't seen before! :)

Definitely agree with having face and makeup done before going through. If I don’t have time I just lower my mirror or stand closer so I don’t see my face at all. It really does make a big difference if you don’t like how you look. You’ll get rid of everything

I am in my late 50's and wish I had learned so much of this when I was younger! I love your channel and am learning so much. I have tons of clothes, but not much to actually wear. I am starting to go through and learn and adjust and figure out at this stage of my life, what I want and who I want to be (as this is something we sometimes have to readjust as we move along).
