I do believe that wasn't gas you saw but condensation from the heat/water. I just fully explored this mineshaft in this video kzread.info/dash/bejne/dKGlj82ik9erY5M.htmlsi=JsMX5MXOk2V03Fvl

I’m new to customizing lighting onto my 2019 RAV4 and would like your opinion. What would be the difference in terms of light coverage if the light bar was installed on the roof top instead of the bottom of the front?

Hey man, I have a kitchen bolted to the bed of my Tacoma as well. I bolted it down in four places with 1” square washers that fit in between the grooves on the underside of the bed. It’s been on there for a couple weeks now and hasn’t shown any issues even through some heavy off-roading. Any updates on yours after three years?

Exactly! Stop buying roto pax cans that look cool, but don't hold piss all and leak etc. I see so many people wasting money on stupid equipment n mods they'll never use.

I have. 3” lift and have no issues with my drive shaft or CV axels. In terms of lighting you want quality that lasts long and doesn’t get condensation inside the housing after a few trips and you want light spread. Good engineering costs money. I wouldn’t recommend Baja anyway. DD are better. And the bigger tires give you more clearance for heavy rock crawling. Of course if you just want to do normal overlanding you don’t need big tires at all.

How would they exactly fake breaking it of a piece of rock?I mean they were at a mine and the vein was right there? The peice the broke of isn't something you can buy in a store they usually sell bigger ones.

  • @PacificRoamer

Its actually hilarious the extent some people will go to try and claim something as fake/staged/etc. I ended up taking around 4 crystals that were easily accessible. Any more would have required another visit as it was nearing night with an hour hike back to the car.

Thanks for having some sense with all of this man. Most of these build look the same and the people just look happy to name drop brands left and right. Creative builds are really useful to me for ideas. Nothing beats making your own build personal to you.

In the mining videos I have found to look into the features of the views of what’s around that I’ll never myself would be able to see like a mountain out there in the desert. Sadly I say I am pretty much stuck in southern New Jersey wanting to do my own exploration with my children who are now growing and i am patiently waiting for them as I cherish these moments of their childhood

Glad I'm not the only overlander with this logic. Yeah, I have a bedrack and a RTT, but I'm rocking an ole rusty Silverado with Nilight light bars and a 3 inch Rough Country lift and STILL keeping up with the expensive rigs. People seem to be forgetting the mf point of all this.. To build a rig to spend time with mother nature... Nope, this is somehow another form of clout chasing.. And a money pissing contest. Driver skill gets you to your destination.. Not how expensive your build is.
