1st off, Uber/Lyft takes about 60-65% of whatever the customer pays. 2nd, What Uber is trying to do to discourage flipping rides is it's implementing the Advantage and standard mode. I'll admit, staying in Advantage mode I get many more "exclusive" ride offers NOT in radar compared to standard mode. Plus, airport rides come straight to me, again not in radar. I mainly stick to Lyft if there's a long ass ride to have that "talk". I'm at 7% cancel rate on Uber currently, so I'll wait till I get back to 5% before i fck around off the app now that Advantage mode is here

I'm glad they are doing driving insights. There are drivers that will not take service dogs (and I mean the folks who are BLIND) into their cars which is against the law among other things. So if Uber deactivated them, good riddance. As far as the speeding, braking, etc I'm glad they are doing this. There's a few reckless Uber drivers that need to go. Fortunately I am not one of them. My rating is 99%. I sped over a bridge doing 50 on a 45 as I was following traffic. Eh, my bad.

Door trash low key fired me, they wouldn’t give me anymore schedules, wouldn’t let me schedule 5 days in advance. Tbh I was tired of almost every day having to schedule myself 5 days in advance on door trash. This was a blessing on disguise.

this is a Giant Scam... 32.50 an Active Hour... So i was online for 1:15 and made $16.33 .... which came to 29 Active min. So we have to actually be online for over an hour working.. not to mention going offline to get back to a certain area... all to make.. $16 for over an hour working... so it came to a total of just over $16 an hour.. The dumb Governor just got scammed.. and screwed us all.. SMH ... Now it would be better if they kept Surges.. But im sure they wont.. We count on Surge Pricing..

I think what you’ll find in advantage mode is that advantage drivers will make the same, not more with drivers not qualifying for advantage being penalized with a reduced rate or worse rides,
