I like the fact that a guy your age has such great appreciation for the cars of my era. I really like watching these vids and envy people who get to drive these cars today.

Great review. I had a 2006, LOVED IT! I’ve had 6 Cadillac’s. They all handles beautifully. Had 3 fleetwoods from 91 to ? And all amazing. The DTS handled fantastic easy to drive.

Ha! As you went to open the hood, I was thinking to myself, “man I will be impressed if he can open that 1 handed.”So I was not surprised when I saw you using both hands. as the owner of a 73’Caddy hearse I speak from experience.

OK my friend I am a huge Oldsmoble fan. My father was a high level executive with Oldsmobile división of General motors. Toronado hit the market in 1966 not 1967 as my father worked on the project. 1966 nodel was revolutionary. However, the 1990's was the beginning of the end. The body styles got ugly, and looked cheap, as a matter of fact at the beginning of your video when you shut the door it sounded cheap and I may have heard a rattle (I use to work in Quality Control there). No disrespect. I appreciate your opinion & review. Thank you

I’m sorry I saw this late. I had a 2006 DTS. Purchased in may 2006. Drove it for 182,000 miles. For 6 yrs. Now driving a 2018 BMW 740. I’m happy with the BMW, however if I can get another DTS, I would be very happy.

Love the Mercedes 600. I own a 300 SEL with the 6.3 which is the same motor in the 600 and has the air suspension. I searched for years to find the car and want to be buried in it.😂 Kiss- sim- me not Kiss-a-me!

I had a 2008 pearl white luxury three DTS. I love this car. It was my favorite car out of the 26 vehicles that I’ve owned in my life. But I couldn’t stop it from leaking oil so I had to get rid of it I was heartbroken.😢😢😢

All of what I am going to say is for the XLR and V model. As a former 2006 XLR owner, I can honestly say the XLR is a very cool car. Overall build quality is typical GM...average at best. The XLR looks awesome and angular...the C6 Vette should have looked so great. The XLR is not overly fast, but decently quick. The interior is typical GM...VERY cheap and plasticy if that makes sense. Nothing great by any means for an $80-$90k car when it was new. Don't ever...ever...ever damage or wreck a headlight, tail light or lower running light on this car. Because, you'll never find one new, they don't exist. They've been out of production for 10++ years and there are ZERO available at any GM or Cadillac dealership on planet earth. They're 100% gone and they are never coming back. There are none available in the after market either simply due to the very low production numbers of the car. Last new headlight I saw was on ebay going for $5,000...for one headlight. YES...$5,000. Car rides rough, but that's to be expected. The top is awesome. Handling is average. Much more wollowy than a C6 vette, but rides better also. Overall, just a fun car to drive. Don't think it's an uber fast sports car...it's not. You'll get smoked by a lot of modern cars with no problem. It's basically a car to cruise in and enjoy the day. I enjoyed mine tremendously and if you ever get a chance to drive one, you'll dig it.

That Tesla truck is the ugliest vehicle ever made. I really don't understand how anyone would spend a penny on that monstrosity, lol. Either way, thanks for sharing this with us. Some of those old cars were amazing 🙂🙌

It was definitely the most unique vehicle there lol. Definitely a car that most people would buy to make a statement, not as an actual practical truck. You're very welcome, I'm glad you liked the video, Jeremiah!

I like that nobody was creeping out their hearses. Showing them the way they were ment to be shown. I myself own a 1977 Chrysler Town & Country hearse. Hope to have it at the Moper Nationals at national trails race ways out side of Columbus Ohio in 2024. The car has been of the road for over 30 years. Far as I know the car has 20 thousand actual miles on it. It's definitely a survivor but showing her age. One thing I like about the car it has a factory sun roof. Funny thing to find in a hearse, guess it was used to let the spirits out. Just kidding.
