I live in Maldives.. 1st thing is always try to get the water out of lungs by putting the victim on their stomach and squeezing thei abdomen and chest.. Standard cpr I lost a few patients.. This newer technique I saved alot... I used common sense... Water is in lungs no matter how many chest thumps you do its still there.. Water out by putting on their stomach and then commence the standard sop when lucg field is clear . Its a clinical thing..

My resting heart rate is 40-50, in my sleep it can go down to 24... But my blood oxygen levels are always between 97 and 99%. I never faint, never feel lightheaded, and my blood pressure is normal... I went to the cardiologist last year and he said I'm healthy and there is nothing wrong with my heart....??

Years back before my first neurosurgery, along with 20-30 tonic clonics a day while awake, I averaged 5-8 nocturnal seizures a night, my parents handled it as a routine for 6 years

Do one with random items. Theres a misconception that simply taking fabric or anything else and tying it around the extremity will work. Those DO NOT work without a windlass (rod)

Consider highlighting AQST stock and Libervant in a video. This innovative drug could transform emergency treatments, offering an alternative to EpiPens. Awaiting FDA approval on April 28th, its sublingual film, similar to Listerine strips, promises faster, more effective results. Easier to use than conventional EpiPens, it could be a significant advancement.

I fell and hit my head when I was 22 and didn’t realize how bad I was bleeding from my head. I put a towel over it and fell asleep. Woke up to a completely soaked towel… ended up losing half my blood before getting to hospital. Later when we cleaned up there was spatter on the wall where my heart was beating it was pushing it out. Crazy

I think the UK governments position of banning everything is sensible. People can be attacked with keys and shoes so I think the move towards banning those to is a sensible one. Also the idea of covering England in 2 meters of sand to reduce the accessibility of rocks, rock crime has killed far far more people in human history than anything else and it needs to be prevented.

This looks really impressive and well thought-through, congratulations. And considering its capability, reasonably priced as well. CellAED really seems like a game-changer. I'd throw in a couple of thermal blankets and maybe a lightstick, but it's excellent as is.

I always carry a first aid kit for just encase and have had to use it a few times including a incident that looked like an artirial bleed but all it was was a tiny scratch but bled like an artirial bleed but managed to get it under control and only needed a plaster after I applied direct pressure and raised the arm above the heart. I have recently got another to be put in my bag for when I don't have my coat but my rucksack. as I carry one in my coat, I have had years of first aid training, I tend to refresh my first aid certificate but my BLS and aed for healthcare professionals as I have a duty to respond as part of my job as I work with kids with SEN, I tdnd to do that each year when my certificate expires through your company actually and Keith done very good in depth training! Since I have done my first first aid course back in 2013. But my BLS since 2017.
