Brilliant. There are many other YT clips that show replacing the whole steering mechanism---the parts cost $72.00. It seemed logical that if one could adjust the gear mesh, as you have done, the issue would be solved.

Every one of the new axial scx24 esc’s I have had went bad. I switched my rigs back to the version 1 esc as they are bullet proof and water resistant. I did have 1 of the version 2 esc that started out like yours, just creeping back, then the esc went out soon after that problem started

I just replaced my motor with the 66t one and in the process I accidentally fried my ESC... it only go in reverse after that.... so I got a NEW ESC and installed it and it still only goes in reverse! I’m at a loss for words lol. Did I get a bad ESC brand new ? Did I screw something else up?

I suggest the laegendary sonic 1:16 and run a 11.4v 2200ma 3s ... makes the truck so much fun...I've had that set up for about 2 yrs, no problems, lipo at your own risk but I love it. I like it more than my XMAXX

I didn’t test mine for 30 seconds and the motor will run only forward and not reverse, does that mean my motor is shat now. I hooked everything back up and I can only steer my rig no forward or reverse? I’m so frustrated right now

Can't see anything with those damn bear claws in the way. Lol. Just kidding...I have the same shocks. Running 100w silicone oil . No springs and removed the top shaft slide bushings.soo I could tighten the lower o ring packing nut. Now there's no more stiction.
