Hello friend, a question, do your parallel bars shake? If not, I just bought the same ones, it's just that they shake when I'm on top of them at the bottom, they don't shake, but when I get off, they shake a little.

I have no idea why KZread thought I needed to see this but I really enjoyed it and I think that one guy is right: it usually starts out as aesthetics/health but then there's this arc where you see yourself do something you never thought you could do before and that feeling is magical and addictive. I think aesthetics alone is just not a sustainable reason to keep it up as a long-term or lifetime habit.

This video is probably good otherwise, but dude. You need to lower the music volume, especially when your voice is only on the right audio channel, and also very quiet. It makes it very hard to watch. Consider putting your voice in both audio channels, and adding some more quiet music. It's too bad that the many people who haven't seen your channel before is going to get a bad impression

Yeah, that's my bad I'll keep that in mind for the next video. Thanks

your voice is only coming from the right ear (only right audio channel). Might be because its mono and you put it in stereo form. Try to fix it later on. Great video though very informative and inspiring!

I recommend gymnastics rings. You can hang them on the pullup bar, and set their straps low enough to either do pushups, dips, inverted rows, etc. All with whatever level of incline you choose, or whatever level of decline if you find something to prop your feet onto.

Will invest in those next. Thanks dude!

WOW i love the authenticity and this video gave me new insight on accountability and individual decisions. You made me realize how much ive been blaming external factors (such as "not enough time" or "my metabolism is too slow") as opposed to just seeing that I, myself, am not consistent enough in my habits. Thanks dar!
