My dad has 8 siblings,his father was an electrician one of the best in San Antonio at the time,his dad would leave to Cuero Texas,where he had another family at,he was a bad alcoholic,and abusive to all of them.well my dad became one of the best pilots in the army and Air Force,and the other day we’re driving he told me when his dad died he wasn’t sad.he told me his never told him he was proud of him,this song reminds me of his story

This song, your incredible voice, outstanding instrumental support, & the moment I found CMT on a newly purchased satellite dish--Oh, Baby! You had me from the very first note & I’ve reveled in all You Do, that is SO singularly YOU!! & a Tiny Few of the Up & Comer’s who appeared at around that time…..Mark Chestnut, Alan Jackson, Tim McGraw, & Kenny Chesney-who lived in the same apartment complex-& all 3 of you were friends LONG before you were “Discovered”. And I’ve held on thru your entire career!! I feel I NEED to thank you! And NOT just because of your incredible talents & open & discerning & Mind that has reached out to those in Need, right from the beginning! And since I followed You, in Every way I was able, & all the “studying up on You”, because when you care about a young person whose taken an ENORMOUS LEAP in their Career, You Want to Cheer Him On & Pray for His/Her success!!! I’ve done all I could to follow you down thru the years. But I’ve only been able to go to 2 of your concerts, & at the second one, because of my lack of Health & unusual circumstances, I only made it thru about a 1/3 of your concert at Robinson’s Rancheria, Near Clearlake CA. I’ve been disabled for many years & was forced to quit working in mid 2008. I developed Chronic Fatigue syndrome & it really decimated my Life. I wake up exhausted & I’m sometimes leveled by back spasms because of severe spinal distortions. It’s not visible to the naked eye, but internal scans reveal congenital spinal distortions, damaged discs, partially collapsed disc that occurred tobogganing on our Honeymoon, & all the discs in my tailbone are collapsed. BASICLY, my tailbone will NOT flex-which means sitting on a hard bench or chain is like sitting on a rock under my tailbone. It’s not fixable thru surgery either.
