  My friend Everard sent me this song, I lost contact with him a while ago, I've been looking for him ever since. I've been on countless groups on Facebook, groups that we met in, but no luck.   Despite shoutouts at every concert, Pokey has virtually disowned this song having found religion and happiness in marriage. Yet, ironically, this iconic song proves that nothing in life is an either/or proposition, that sometimes we have no choice but to face our depravity. To err is human, after all, and sharing that fact with an audience is divine.

  Very nice! Thanks for sharing this. Pokey seems to have an infinite supply of cool songs. I love his expression at 2:32. Too bad the piano and bass couldn't be heard very well, but an excellent performance! This song will be running through my mind now for a while. 🙂

  I just wish you'd automated the filter you've got on it to make it sound old and let it slowly transition from lo-fi to hi-fi towards the end.
