One of the most comprehensive videos I've seen on drills. It covered so much ground in less than 10 minutes. Thanks, coach. Really efficient.

🏀 The coaches must lubricate the bone joints of the players, by oil massage, weekly once by turn🏀 🏀At the same time, caution must be undertaken by the coaches, while giving oil body massage to the players (M/F) as to avoid incurring sexul harassment complaints from the male and female players 🔥🏀

Thanks for this video, these are awesome! I have a question. I'm really struggling for an offense. I'm coaching a summer league that's 3rd and 4th, not highly skilled, and only 1 hour of practice per week. I like the 5 out a lot, but feel like there is not enough time to teach them how to cut and replace. Also, I really only have one or two solid/decent ball handlers. Anyone with suggestions I highly welcome, thanks!

The bone joints of the players must be lubricated daily by the Coach❤ I mean Oil Massage ❤ It would add psychological strength to the players as well❤️❤❤️

Thanks for the video❤️ The game is always controlled by the unpredictable situations ❤️ Hence, the favourable twist of the brain and muscles of the player is most important as a difencive and offensive player ❤️ As far as the Defencive movements are concerned, while practising, support of a lengthy mirror would help the brain to asume the offensive player as only the reflection of the defencive player❤

Thanks for the video❤️ Try to practise reverse pivot shots under the ring🌹 Dribble towards the ring and take a parallel stop near the ring. Then fake and take a reverse pivot 180 degree and make the basket by the advantageous hand ❤️

Thank you coach. Avid basketball fan and pick up player but I'm about to coach my first youth basketball team at the Y. This definitely helped me compile some drills to have them run at practice.
