  @@oszernemmondommeg1173 Modelul pt Europa Suzuki V-Strom DL-250 are motor paralel twin. Cel monocilindru racit pe ulei e doar pt piata din Asia/India Suzuki V-Strom SX250. Nu as fi luat ala .

  Hey, Transfagarasan and Strategica. Nice rides, Adrian. Time out on two wheels with friends helps to maintain health and a good spirit. We have wet spells at the moment, a good time to test our rain gear. I used to have a Honda Silver Wing 600, a good and reliable scooter for long journeys. But I've never ridden it on longer unpaved roads ;-) Thumbs up for Christian on Strategica, Günter/Nürnberg

  heard the 2024 model will be a single cylinder instead of two.... they said the single 250 engine is more powerful than the 2 engines model I hope they new model have less vibration at higher rpm

  Hi PCLye ! Already the model for the Asian market has a single-cylinder engine. Unfortunately, I don't see how it could have less vibrations like a parallel twin. Anyway, for the moment I don't plan to change the motorcycle, I'm very happy with it ;) Best regards from Romania !

  @@PCLye The difference between Suzuki V-Strom DL250 ( for Europe, Australia, America) and SX250 (for Asia) is quite big. The DL250 is a liquid-cooled Parallel Twin and the SW250 is an oil-cooled single cylinder. The most important thing before you buy, is to test it first if you have the opportunity. I'm sure you'll have fun with either one 🤘

  Hi Kim ! I a well over 30.000 km ( i have to check exactly tomorrow). I changed the chain kit and because i didn't find the original rear sprocket i put a 36 tooth one. kzread.info/dash/bejne/pH6p18yDnciYmNo.html Regarding the suspension, i am ok with it. Maybe next year i will do a oil & simmering change for the fork.

  How many tooth are new spocket front and rear? Original is i think 14/47. Are you satisfayed with liwer rpm which is at 80 kmh? 6 th gear

  @@83guldhorn The front sprocket is original 14 and the back one is 46 ( you can see the brand and product code, in the video kzread.info/dash/bejne/pH6p18yDnciYmNo.html) it's not a major change, just a mental comfort :)

  For editing i use Final Cut Pro X but any free video editor is just fine. Regarding the cameras, I have a love/hate relation wit Gopro Just a week ago, my Gopro 8 Black died :) Now i use mainly Gopro 7 Black & Gopro 10. Best regards from Romania !

  Man, tu ai schimbat uleiul de la furca pana acum? Ce ulei e ok și ce cantitate? N-am găsit nimic procedura pentru asta pe net. Și am schimbat deja o pereche de opinci pentru că e furca muuuult prea moale.

  Salutare ! Nu am schimbat nimic la furca pt ca nu am pierderi de ulei. Daca e prea moale verifica simeringurile sa nu pierzi ulei din cauza mizeriei/uzurii. Nu prea imi dau seama cum s-a uzat anvelopa fata din cauza furcii, insa ar ajuta daca mi-ai zice la cati km s-a uzat guma si ce brand era...

  You are right Gunter ! Gold has always been a source of tension. Recently, Romania won a lawsuit with a Canadian company that wanted to exploit gold in the area using cyanides, which is not ok. The movie "Stone wedding" is very good, it's a pity that it is not translated. Luckily, it doesn't have many dialogues and you can understand the context. All the best wishes from Klausenburg !🤘

  Hi John ! There is no perfect motorcycle for everyone. More important than the top performance of the bike is to accept the disadvantages as well. The 650GS is a much more potent bike ;) A friend of mine has a 650GS Dakar, and i like it. Best regards & safe rides !

  Era sa iei vreo 2 trante doar din primele zeci de secunde. :))))) Eu sunt animal de asfalt, nu as putea niciodata sa intri pe und emergi tu voiniceste. :)))))) Ai schimbat placutele spate pana acum? Trebuie sa dau toba jos intai? Sau cum se ajunge usor la suruburile de la etrier? Imi pare o gimnastica cvasi-imposibila... Am schimbat opincile cu unele de sosea, am facut tot si imi da voblaj puternic la 60+kph cand iau mana din gaz si las ghidonul liber. Am zis initial ca e de la jante, apoi ca e de la discuri, apoi ca e de la lant/aliniere. Cand am rezolvat cu alinierea am vazut ca "freaca" discul spate pe placuta dreapta. Si cand sa echilibrez etrierul....teapa....ca nu ajung la surubul dinspre mijlocul caprei. Ai vreo schema de om patit? On a funny note, saptamana trecuta m-am intalnit cu un ceh cu acelasi model. Ne-am oprit ca babele alea la taifas in mijlocul DN1. Se pare ca si pe la ei sunt la fel de rare. Noi avem 7 bucati in Ro si ei ar avea vreo 4. Am reusit sa ajung la 130kph pe bord, nu stiu cat de real erau :))) Am facut proba cu parbrizul scos, cum m-ai sfatuit, si am observat muuuuuuult mai putine turbulente la viteza mica, pana in 90kph. Am ramas asa acum ca imi place mai mult sa ma ventilez desi merg si cu viziera ridicata si mai iau cate o gura de proteina progresistului cand trec pe unde sunt campuri sau flori. :)))

  Hehehe. Ai observat bine. Odata cand ma alerga cainele, si a doua oara langa padure :) Ma bucur ca te multumeste solutia cu parbrizul scos. Musculitele sunt ok insa grija mare la albine ;) Legat de placute, indicat e sa dai jos toba. E f simplu. Ai doar doua suruburi, cel de la colier si unul la prinderea laterala. Sa ai grija cand o montezi inapoi sa pui garnitura de cauciuc, corect ca altfel iti induce vibratii si nu stii de unde :) De asemenea, etrierul are locul lui pe bratul spate. O singura data mi-a schimbat un "meserias" anvelopa spate si mi-a montat etrierul peste canalul de ghidaj. A trebui sa dau jos roata din nou. Pe de alta parte, daca placutele spate nu sunt uzate, poti regla pozitia etrierului astfel incat sa nu iti frece in disc. Ma bucur ca nu suntem singurii "ciudati" desi daca stau sa ma gandesc, de fiecare data cand ma opreste cineva, primesc doar complimente :))) Asfalt uscat !

  Hey, aren't you supposed to use a 1litre big adventure bike that costs 15k to ride like that? This puny 250cc cannot do such off road stuff - every youtube reviewer will tell you that.

  That's right, Wiadroman . Unfortunately, today's generations rely too much on the recommendations of others instead of discovering what they need for themselves. Manufacturers of expensive motorcycles will always try to convince you that you need all possible equipment to enjoy freedom. Fortunately, things are much simpler ;) Best regards !

  Numai pe coclauri umbli.... :)))) Ai idee ceva site sau magazin unde as putea gasi un parbriz stock? Ca am ditamai paravanul pe post de parbriz si nu are flux de aer corect si face buffeting la greu. Am reusit sa il duc pe al meu la 130kph. Trebuie mult curaj si multa rabdare. :)))

  Salutare ! Tin minte ca am vazut pe Aliexpress unul inalt. Mi-am salvat pe undeva link-ul. Pe de alta parte am mai vazut prin UK ca dezmembreaza unii insa nu stiu exact la ce pret poti gasi. Acum ca ai bifat 130 poti urca la 136 cat e maximum :)) Glumesc. Da-i cat te simti confortabil si bucura-te de ture faine !

  @@transylvanianrider pe asta îl am montat. Nu-l recomand. Nu are priza de aer și face turbulențe serioase atât pe lateral cat și central. Am incercat eu cu un paravânt similar cu al tau dar e aproape la fel. Cred că iau niste plexiglas de la Leroy Merlin și îmi fac eu unul.... 🤣🤣🤣

  ​@@cristiannicks3145 Taie-l pe asta mare la dimensiunile dorite dar inainte, da-l jos si incearca fara . Mie mi-a placut si asa :) Si pe mine ma deranjeaza buffeting-ul insa pana la urma te obisnuiesti. Mai nasol e cand trebuie sa mergi in spatele unui TIR o perioada mai lunga. Oricum, casca actuala e zgomotoasa la viteza iar cozorocul accentueaza senzatia. Am primit un Nolan de ziua mea. Tre' sa il pun in functiune:)

  Hi ! Yes, the V-Strom DL250 has a 12V outlet situated in the left side of the instrument cluster. I have a 12V - 2x USB Adapter for charging my phone and Gopro batteries simultaneously. Best regards

  Hi Adrian, I've also changed the size of the rear sprocket. I went from the original 47 to 41, since I don't do any offroad work. I found the original setup to be a bit hysterical, doing almost 7.000 rpm at around 80 km/h. With the 41 sprocket, I'm doing 83 at 6.000 rpm. You can go as low as 39 teeth with original Suzuki parts, but I dont think it'll cope with a taller gearing than what I have now. As always, looking forward to your videos!

  Aventura minunată, m-ai inspirat să vizitez România în iunie timp de două săptămâni. Vom vizita Brașov, Sibiu și poate Cluj Napoca. Puteți recomanda oricărei companii să închirieze o motocicletă. Vrei sa mergi pe traseul Transalpina si Tranfagarasan. Am un 250 Strom, așa că nu am nevoie de o bicicletă mare. Multumesc Michael

  Hi Michael ! I'm glad you decided to visit Romania. Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of renting options... You can try at www.motomus.ro or at transilvaniamotorent.ro. Both are located in Cluj.... Transalpina & Transfagarasan are close to Brasov and Sibiu . You can do it in one or two days. Best regards !
