Shits fucked was huge for you, but that was a novelty one hit wonder song. This one however has real potential to be your break out hit. It needs some good post production mixing and tweaking but this could be a chart maker. Maybe instead of just writing songs you should do the finish polish work on some of your better numbers. Sorry to say this, but maybe spending money on actual studio time or the evil Auto-Tune. You're still a better singer than I am. that's for sure. But I'm working on it. Have you thought about writing songs for other people? That's how Bowie got started. Was it you that did the deep-dive on Sinatra's My Way? That was a complete stolen rip-off of something that David Bowie wrote for someone else. Based on a French song.

Thank you very much for taking the time to make this instructional video for me. I need to change the light bulbs in two Ott lamps, just like the one you show. I went online to the ULINE site and I tried to order the S-10534 bubble wrap envelopes. But now I'm stuck. Do I need one envelope for each bulb change? Or can I order one envelope and use it for both bulbs? Please reply as soon as possible, because we live in a basement with no windows and these are our only lights. Well, we do have a flashlight on the smartypants cell phone, but it's hard to cook with one hand holding the light and the other hand cooking. Tom Og, from Chicaga

PL-13 is the bulb. Ottlite says that if it was made before 2008, then the light used a magnetic ballast and takes a PL-13-A bulb. The newer lights use an electronic ballast and take a PL-13-E bulb. However, when I replaced mine back in 2014, I didn't know that the ballast made a difference. Mine uses a magnetic and I replaced it with a Sunlite PL13/SP65K from Amazon which is much less money than the Ottlite branded bulb. It seems to work fine and I would expect it to also work with the newer lamps. The change in ballast types is because the EPA didn't allow magnetic ballasts after 2008 (at least in standard florescent lights. Not sure if that also included CFL at that time) due to poor energy efficiency of the ballasts. FYI: magnetic ballasts made prior to 1978 may have contained PCB before it was banned. You can test to see which kind of ballast you have (if the bulb is still working) by attempting to take a picture of the working bulb with a cell phone. If you see dark bands in the photo, then it's magnetic. Otherwise it's electronic. Regardless of the type of ballast or if the ballast has failed, you can replace the bulb with the led version GX23. LEDs don't need a ballast so you will need to disassemble the lamp and bypass it. Search for GX23 on Amazon. They have a basic wiring diagram that shows how. Long live the little Ottlite!

Things have changed since I made the video. I would now recommend taking out just past the big drain on the left. Dodge Park isn't the easiest put in because of the distance from the parking area. I would now suggest putting in further upstream at North Clinton River Park. They built a nice yak launch near the end of the park. It adds 1.4 miles for a total trip of 3.15 miles. The path runs all the way there if you need to bike back to the put in. Heritage Park on Van Dyke in Utica also has a nice launch and adds an additional 1.9 miles for 5 miles total. Path goes there too.

If you need to rent a boat, there is a link in the description. They will hook you up with a good trip. If you have your own gear, I just want to point out that I put in across the river from Memorial Park on the Jimmy John's Field side. There is parking there marked for paddlers. Since I made this video, they have installed a nice kayak launch/takeout on the left just down stream from where I took out. It's located in North Clinton River Park off of Riverland Dr. It's at the far end of the park. It's shown on google maps.
