  Is this a replay tool? My question is if it is possible to change the viewpoint during the race.

  Yes - replay tool only, with freecam functionality available during race. You will have to continue to use pacenote plugin's camera editor and the existing chase cam during race. Keep in mind this is a simulator - fancy chase cams are not designed for live racing for multiple reasons.

  Hey Ben- Thanks for the comment! I recorded a bunch of clips in-game with OBS and then spliced it all together in Davinci Resolve - both free. I will add this info to the description for others !
