  Man, this video really helped. I’m one year (and a bit) post op and this is much more in line with my experience. Lots of acl videos have been making me feel bad about progress, as if maybe there was something undiagnosed that is holding me back. Also, how crazy is US healthcare😅

  On this episode of the Philippines: Today Dustin decided to have bonding time with his daughter :P (That's really nice of you :P) She loves to touch Dustin's nose :P (It's okay my niece loves to touch my nose too) Then later Reche teases her about the USA Still but that's okay :P (That's what are moms are for :P) Then meanwhile Dustin tried lemon with Everly :P It turns out that she loves the lemon taste a lot :P As his 3rd chance is almost coming to a close he will miss the rain :P Including the hurricanes :P But otherwise they had a good day :P

  On this episode of the Philippines: Today Dustin and his hunnie bunnie are at the restaurant along with the daughter :P They were trying the steam fish :P (Of course i can't have it I'm allergic :P)Their daughter was really happy about their outting :P She loves the steam fish :P Anyways when they left the restaurant they went to a coffee shop :P But later Dustin had some bonding time with Everly to get the feeling of the rain :P She loves it :P Then after the rain Reche teases Everly with some kind of game xD it's cute but otherwise they had a good day :P

  I can get two roasted chickens for about that price here in texas. $5 each as of now but regular price is $7-8 each fully cooked. Just amazing how expensive it is considering most people in the province can raise them... also remind her she can change what she wants to be and not have to be a policewoman.

  The free range chickens are extremely small. My guess is the larger ones are factory raised. I noticed that the last time my wife and I visited.

  Native chickens seem very skinny. Rhode Island reds or barred rock would yield more meat and great eggs. I wonder if they don’t fair well in tropic climates
