Wow they are sure giving you a run around on that PSA. It's a typical issue trying to do business there. You're dealing with employees who don't really know what to do, so they just pass you down to another department. Hopefully someone will be able to help you get it done.

I have also noticed that Dustin has not show active on here for over a week. Are any of their friends or family members there in Toledo reading any of our post and can at least assure us of their safety. Hopefully we can hear something soon. We are all getting so concerned. You don’t get email “next week”, delivery is almost instantaneous! They meant they would read/act on it next week, typical government motivation (nil). You may not be frustrated, but I am (for you). Imagine if you did not bird dog its progress it could be sitting on the bottom of someone’s inbox without anyone’s care. Make sure you get multiple copies as you don’t know when certain offices will hold on to them longer than necessary and you might still need a copy for other processes. Good luck!

Same with private corporations, this is what sucks in the Philippines doesn’t matter if it’s govt or private companies. A private motorcycle dealer is making it hard to release the CR of the motorbike.

My son got his appointment and everything’s went well and his American passport is coming in 6weeks which in 4 weeks from now but to let you know the US embassy told us that my son can’t go out without Philippine passport since he was born here. You might need one too.

I think Philippines have a long way to developed as they don't even know how to write or give good instructions. Yes, the quickest should be in Manila as they are trying to centralize the PSA issuance of all the legal birth certificates in Manila. The different local registries of the country submit their records to Manila and only the main PSA in Manila has to issue birth certificates to people. This is why it's very important to make sure that every spelling of names, middle names, last name, parents are correct as well as all the dates from the local registry because it's even harder to make corrections later if there's error.

Wow it's the run arounds like i said Dustin it's money thing pay up faster service is what i was told living there in Cebu it's a sham how slow thing move in the Philippines! hope things get done before the visa's go out

On this episode of the Philippines: Dustin is preparing for a long errand to get the documents :P (Have a nice day trip there :P) Anyways he took a long bus to well... P.S.A (Good luck :P) Then after the P.S.A he took a walk to get some answers but along the way he stop at the park to show to get some exercise :P But after the long errand he gave the update as seen on video :P (Sorry for the long day :P) But otherwise he had a good day :P
