400000 houses now ? way over priced... but NY CA FL are just as bad..wages havent kept up...
I completely agree, housing prices have skyrocketed and it's becoming increasingly difficult for many people to afford a home. It's a widespread issue. Unfortunately, wages haven't kept pace with these rising costs, which only adds to the challenge.
Great video! I believe San Antonio is very underrated for all the activities and affordable homes.
Thanks for your comment! It is such a big city but still has a small town feel.
Love the thumbnail
thank you!
My problem is that every single one of these videos lists the same neighborhoods and says the same things. It would be interesting to hear people talk about what of the other neighborhoods are attractive and have interesting things to do.
Thank you for your feedback! I understand your concern. While we focused on some of the more well-known suburbs in this video, there are definitely many other great neighborhoods in and around San Antonio that deserve attention. I appreciate your suggestion and will make sure to highlight some of the lesser-known but equally attractive neighborhoods with unique attractions and amenities in future videos. Stay tuned, and feel free to share any specific areas you'd like to learn more about!
@@PhyllisDomingoRealtor Thanks! It's not even the price necessarily, it's that a majority of people are finding their way into the other neighborhoods (even pricey suburbs), and it would be nice to learn more about what makes them attractive or more desirable for various people. Appreciate the content. :)
are you gonna talk about most expensive? Not interested period!
I appreciate your feedback! This video covers a mix of neighborhoods, not just the most expensive ones. We'll definitely keep your interest in mind and include more affordable and diverse options in our future content. Thanks for watching!
Best for who? Best is where you feel safe and comfortable for your family. Not because the neighborhood is high end and expensive.
Thank you for your comment. You make an important point that "best" can vary depending on individual needs and preferences. It's crucial to consider what makes you feel safe and comfortable when choosing a neighborhood, rather than just focusing on its expense or status. Each family's priorities will differ, and it's essential to find a place that aligns with your personal values and lifestyle.
Well I'm definitely living in a neighbourhood that would never make a list like this, but I love it, I have no kids or family and love being close to the city and my place is super cheap here in the Inner West.
@@darmou Thank you for sharing! It's great to hear that you've found a neighborhood that suits your lifestyle and needs. The Inner West has its own unique charm, and being close to the city with affordable living is a big plus. Everyone's ideal neighborhood is different, and it's all about finding the right fit for you.
Wilson county is the best. If you want to live in the exurbs near San Antonio, this country is probably your last place available. I have a straight shoot into downtown. I’ve lived there for years, and it was the best decision I have made, if you want to avoid most of the dreaded traffic near San Antonio.
Thanks for sharing your experience! Wilson County sounds like a fantastic place for those looking to live in the exurbs near San Antonio. It's great to hear that you've found a straight shot into downtown and have been able to avoid much of the traffic. Your insight is invaluable for anyone considering a move to the area. Feel free to share more about your favorite spots and what you love most about living in Wilson County!
I live in SA, I won’t recommend Helotes, traffic is a nightmare in and out of this part of the city, no major freeways. The other places are actually towns relatively close to San Antonio, very expensive areas though. Outdoor activities? today 110 F, raddled snakes, scorpions, good luck with the adventure!
Thank you for your input! Traffic in Helotes and the lack of major freeways are definitely concerns to consider. Surrounding towns like Boerne and Stone Oak can be expensive, but they offer many amenities. The extreme heat and local wildlife like rattlesnakes and scorpions are also important to keep in mind for outdoor activities. Your insights are very helpful for potential residents!
Great video! San Antonio is highly underrated and you can still find great value in the city!
Thank you. Yes for sure. Very hyperlocal, just need to know where to look and be comfortable.
👍
Thank you!
Very informative and great video!
Thanks for your feedback
You are so resourceful and such a trusted realtor in San Antonio
Thank you! I'm trying =)
To hot property taxes are to high and utilities are out of control that is a hard no for me
I completely understand your frustration. It's tough when the cost of living keeps going up. That's why it's good to do our research. Thanks for your comment!
Great infomative video!
Glad it was helpful!
Missing diverse entertainment and culture.
Hi! Working on those in the next upcoming videos.
It's definitely a little Mexico
@@ohreally404 Thank you for your comment! San Antonio does have a rich Mexican cultural influence, which is reflected in its vibrant food, festivals, and architecture. This cultural diversity is one of the city's unique strengths and adds to its charm and character.
Property taxes are CRAZY HIGH! No income tax? Sure, just like Florida. But the property taxes in Texas are more than double for similar houses in Florida? Why?
I can understand how frustrating it is. The difference in property taxes between Texas and Florida can be attributed to several factors, including differences in local tax rates, property values, and how taxes are assessed. While Texas doesn't have a state income tax, property taxes are often higher to compensate for this. Additionally, Texas relies heavily on property taxes to fund local services and education. Florida, on the other hand, has a different tax structure and may have lower property taxes in some areas. It's essential to research and compare property tax rates before making any commitments.
Better check the Real Estate Tax before you commit.
Absolutely! Checking the real estate tax is definitely a crucial step before making any commitment. It's an essential part of budgeting and ensuring there are no surprises down the road. I actually talked about this in my Pros and Cons video. Thank you!
Very good info commercial!
Thank you so much! Just trying to educate:)
Great information on the city!
Thanks! More info coming in the next videos.
Hotter than Hades?
Haha, it does feel like I'm in the fiery pits sometimes!
Im 24 seconds in. "Background shots" that she's standing against aren't San Antonio. 'Sup with that?
Thanks for watching and for taking the time to provide feedback. I appreciate your patience as I navigate the learning curve with my new video editor. It seems we missed the mark on selecting background shots that truly capture the essence of San Antonio. I'm committed to improving and ensuring that future videos better reflect our beautiful city. Your input is invaluable, and I'll work on incorporating more accurate visuals in upcoming content.
Learning curve ‼️ You'll do Well 👍.. Continued success in endeavors ‼️

Every girls pregnant at 15 😂
@@aaliyahyoung9325 Actually, that's a common misconception. While teenage pregnancy is a serious issue, not every girl gets pregnant at 15. It's important to address the root causes and provide education and support to prevent it. Let's work together to provide accurate information and support to young people.
Its full of cop hating democrats
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It's true that San Antonio, like many cities, reflects a diversity of political perspectives. Despite political differences, there's so much to appreciate about the community here.
I use 2 live there and it sucks
I appreciate your honesty. Every city has its pros and cons, and San Antonio might not be for everyone. I'm genuinely curious and I'd love to hear more about your experience and what aspects you found difficult about living here.
