The MDI is formed of members from the Muslim community with experience in public speaking, apologetics, polemics, research and community work.
Our speakers and researchers come from various academic backgrounds, and so bring a wealth and variety of research and experience in theological, philosophical, scientific, historiographical, jurisprudential and political fields of study.
Our Aims
MDI is here to support, encourage and promote debate that contrasts Islam against other intellectual and political discourses for the purpose of the pursuit of truth, intellectual scrutiny with respect, and the clarifying of an accurate understanding of other worldviews amongst people of different cultures, beliefs and political persuasions.

It's quite unfortunate how this debate went, I was expecting more from Zakir
97 minutes and nothing has changed. Nobody knows where the universe came from, past the Big Bang. God is just one explanation, with no more evidence than any other explanation.

See how silly this sounds when you make a statement like that (Muhammad is the Holy Spirit)n don’t do your research on the scripture you put your own foot in your mouth. Then also the Muslim bro. said Muhammad name sounded like the Hebrew when debating a Jewish person that speaks Hebrew there’s going to be a problem it is his first language ,you can’t twist his language to fit your narrative. It is a whole lie n these teachings are exposed not by just a Christian but a Christian Jew who’s proficient at the old n New Testament. He should’ve came with more education about the Bible not just the Muslim stories about who they think Muhammad is but who the Bible says he is which is non existent. The only time they mention any type of prophet like Muhammad was of the “false prophet.” The Anti-Christ 😳😳😳😳🥴🤔
I wouldn’t believe anything a Muslim says to me because they can lie to a non-Muslim they are evil. My father-in-law is an ex Muslim and even he says you need to get rid of them. They’re nothing but trouble they will smile at you and then stab you in the back.

Even if Christianity is false, this is still a stupid argument. Tradtional Christians practice fasting, healthy moderation and denial of sinful pleasures, prayer and reading, etc. Just because many Christians nowadays are partying and doing drugs and being obscessed with worldliness deoesn't mean that's Christian. If anything, Islam is more pleasureable since you can have many kinds of sex that Christians can't and have more than one wife (if you can support her) Where do you get this idea that Christians "live freely" and can do whatever they want? Have you read the Bible? It talks all the time of moderation, fasting, and says we cannot do many sinful things like lust and drunkenness etc. EDIT: I apologize for getting angry with you Othman, but I have seen this claim hundreds of times and it frankly bothers me.
