I own a 2016 Vulcan S, as a first bike and I really love it. I agree all of your points, however I'm 1.85 cm, and still comfy. It is perfect for just chillin ridings, but I love to try it out for smaller tours also. Also good in city rides, on a bit wider roads, you can trespass across the standing car lines. And it is looks good, I had lots of comments, that this is a nice bike.
Its for a long distance or only for a cities?
Way cool. I'm still waiting for someone to build a bike with a 4 or 6bt Cummins. Surprised it hasn't been done yet.
Hi, how wide is the handlebar? I have a semi-straight one, I have tried it on mine and it pulls me very forward, it is 70cm from fist to fist... Check and tell me... thank you...
Sure this american $h€€t eats dust from many sports bikes!
VRF, that´s a new one.
Whats the final drive
Just picked one up for 50$ it's basically a rolling frame with straight bars motor and harness
Mine w650 has 2 cylinders ... ( 2007)
buenas, yo mido 1.60 mts. sera muy dificil de manejarla? es muy pesada? gracias
Hayalim..
Would someone buy me one 😊
Yep, I'm waiting the MT10 Niken with 4-5 liters in plus in the tank... :)
De unde pot cumpara o Honda Dax?
I want a v16 on a bike
beautiful brother, I love you
Thanks brother! I’m happy to help you.
Something like 13 years ago, I was looking BT1100, but my life way pushed me on different direction, wife, my wonderful boys, etc. But on this year, I have decided to make motorbike driver license and now I have my first motorbike :) Yamaha BT1100 😊 2005 and I like it :) Sound, Nm and look :)
this just might be my first bikemoto
A very dobre choice little brat Hvala for watching
nice ride man.i was thinking the transalp couse i ride on/off bikes my whole life, but there is something is this bike that i like....maybe i want that easy rider feel at this point of my life.... i m just afraid if the horsepower isnot enought and i regret it
Yeah its a nice bike if you want to cool off and just enjoy riding. If you're a speed freak then maybe its not enough but I didn't find it to feel "too weak/boring" try one and find out for yourself if it fits you. it sure is a great bike and if you slap on a slip-on/full system then you're settled =) thanks for watching please subscribe to support me and my work

Nice upload. Informative while enjoying the ride! Could you elaborate more on why you mentioned "I guess someone forgot to charge the battery"? Is the battery on similar motorcycles supposed to be charged? Sorry, i am a beginner :)
I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed my video. Normally, it's enough to charge the battery once per season, for us swedes we do it during winter when we can't ride. But it's good to charge it every now and then too. and if you have an old battery, it might need to be charged a bit more often than a new battery. But with older bikes, and some custom bikes, they can drain a lot from when you start the bike. it takes more power to start it then what it will "auto-charge" when riding, so if you with an old bike / battery turn off your bike and on again too much, it might not have enough power to start again. its not common on newer bikes. feel free to ask more if you want. I'm happy to help out a new rider! =) thanks for watching please subscribe to support me and my work
@@Darkvisor Then this explains what happened to my xv750 the other day :). Thanks a lot for taking the time to explain this to me. I learned something new!
I own a VL 1500 LC Intruder from '99, 68 hp, 80.000 km. I love my IronPig. Very reliable. Considering the weight, she's surprisingly easy to handle. Best performance between over 1.500 (best 2.000) and 5.000.rpm. I bought the right bike to my needs and driving profile.

280 kilos heavy bike u cannot say it off road bike...
allarounder bike then =) thanks for watching please subscribe to support me and my work
It’s definitely a function over form kind of bike. The Vulcan 800 looks way better but lost the shaft drive, fuel gauge, cast wheels, rpm gauge and the center stand among some other things. That’s a lot of function to lose for looks. (I’d probably still pick the 800)

My father owns the unrestricted one and I rode it today for the first time. It s amazing 24 years after it was made how smooth it still runs.

Too low RPM :D no just joking

That is one incredible looking bike, it is like the British motor bikes of the 1960s, and 70s, absolutely fantastic.

I have a 2023 Vulcan S. I had 3 Harleys, and when I wanted to get a new bike I couldn’t afford a Harley. I’m 65, 5’6” and love this bike! Nice pickup too!! Great for any level of experience. Enjoy
Thanks for watching
That was a nice review of the motorcycle. I just passed for my motorcycle license today, and I am looking to buy this beautiful motor. Next week I have a test ride.
Congrats on your license buddy! ride safe and thanks for watching my video. please subscribe if you haven't =)
@@Darkvisor bought it yesterday. Drives like a charm.
@@Xavier0219 I’m happy for you. Ride safe and enjoy. Experience takes time. Ride like no one sees you and expect the unexpected. Don’t expect people to know or follow traffic rules. Never ride more than 80% of your skill.
@@Darkvisor during driving lessons I was already cut off. Because of good anticipation, and a weird gut feeling I guess, I slowed down and he just cut me off. Had to apply the break a lot, but did go well. I did not fall or anything, but a good lesson. Thanks for your words. Now to do some good experiences on the road. The vulcan is a beautiful motorcycle to ride on. I was riding on a Honda CBR600. Fine motorcycle, but not something I wanted evantually. The vulcan is comfortable to ride on.
@@Xavier0219 When I ride, I keep track of everyone around me at all times. My own riding is basically automaticly so I don't think of what I'm doing, it sort of thinks/does the riding by it self, from the spine. So I focus on everyone else: Where is that car going? will they merge? what if they dont see me? can I pass him safely? is a car behind me, what if they don't see me so how can I position myself if they dont ? What if there is a tractor hidden behind that curve, what if a moose runs out in front of the car in front of me, am I ready to hit the brakes etc etc. Keeping track of them all, keeps me alive. try to think the same. maybe not straight away since you are super fresh, but once you've been riding a bit, try to think like I do =) Yeah cruiser bikes are much more comfortable to ride. Some bikes are meant for comfort and not speed. Personally I prefer a nice comfortable bike rather a fast one. I used to have a Honda Shadow 750 and it wasn't too strong or fast. Perfect to ride around 70-90 km/h and just relax on some nice roads. I miss it tbh.... =)
In Deutschland okay. Kann man fahren.

Great bike. I picked mine up yesterday. It's used '22, but still in excellent condition. I've test rode this bike twice this year. It was fine. But taking it on a longer ride home. I like it even more now. It's a great looking bike too. Got it in blue and silver. Seat is black, but I like the look of brown leather. I may change it in the future. It was already decat. Although it sounds awesome, it is loud, so I am considering hunting for the original cat converter. I traded my '09 Suzuki GSX-R600 for this. Direct trade. I think that bike is awesome, but I am trying to improve as a rider in general and I can't do long rides on that thing.
I'm happy to hear that you enjoy the bike. This bike would be better suited for longer travels yeah. I can't stand the R bikes really. Makes my neck and back hurt thanks for watching please subscribe to support me and my work
It's good simpl old school cruiser for us 50+ 👍 Mine is same model/colour and long forked.

How’s the flick-ability?
Flick?
As with every bike, there will always be an issue. I get my 2023 Honda Rebel 1100 DCT by the end of this week and it is my 1st bike that I will own. I am 45 yrs old and had carpal tunnel for 3 months in 2022 so I do not want to go through that again so the DCT is a perfect choice for me!! Very nice video 👍👍and the exhaust sounds nice!
I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed my video, it sure is a great bike and DCT is good also. I wouldn't mind having a DCT bike, carpal tunnel or not... It's nice to not being "bothered" with the gears... =) thanks for watching please subscribe to support me and my work
I'll chime in as someone who paid the full USD$195 for the W603 unit (with the various discounts they seem to offer perpetually). I've now ridden a few hundred miles with mine on trails, roads, through long water crossings, in pouring rain and so far it is doing exactly what it promises. Connects perfectly with my iPhone every time and hasn't faltered once. Very responsive, easy to read and use and seems to be holding up to my abuse no problem. I generally don't trust reviews where the device is provided and there are referral links where the poster earns money from sales but that's 99% of the Carpuride reviews on KZread. They're oversaturating with these sponsored reviews making it harder to find actual reviews from actual purchasers. There are a few on YT. I haven't posted a review and don't plan on it, but I did recently post a 1.5 hour long ride video with my W603 being used the entire time.
I'm happy to get a comment from an actual owner or Carpuride, very detailed and good info. I hope people who watches my video reads your comment =) Yes, many people seems to be getting a free product for making a review. It's a good way for the company to get their product out there "for free". Even though I have referral link, (which I doubt will generate any significant money for me) I do all my videos honestly and with my own opinion. The money we CAN make from an actual referral isn't much, unless my video will reach millions of views.... (which is unlikely). Even though I got this product for free, it does not change my own opinion of it, in my contract with Carpuride it only says that they want a review thats "honest and fairly". So if I didn't like the product, I could have said so in the video and not breach the contract, and still get to keep the product. But you do know, that it's a good device, so... =) I'm not saying you complained, just wanted to clarify.... thanks for watching please subscribe to support me and my work
@@Darkvisor If they had offered me a free unit, I'd take it too!
I'm 180cm thinking about the rebel, but i was also thinking about Jawa 350CL Bobber/Perák and when i sat on the Bobber i found out it would be super small for me and i would be strugling. How tall are you? I saw some women bikers on the Rebel and i'm affraid it would be the same issue.
I've gotten comments from riders who's taller than you and can ride this bike. So I think you will be fine. I'm 175cm. Try one and see for yourself if it's a good fit or not =) thanks for watching please subscribe to support me and my work
Great video! How's the rear brake being a drum brake? Does it stop fine? I recently sold a Triumph T100 and looking at a W800 2015, however the drum brake makes me wonder if it's a good option? Cheers from Australia!
I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed my video =) Honestly I have never had any problems when it comes to drum brakes on bikes so I don't think it would be a problem at all. I think the Kawasaki is a fine choice so don't worry about the brakes. Thanks for watching mate!
I have one! Its phenomenal! Uncomphy riding position but, fast.

Even though it was locked tightly, I'm still worried that it would fall while riding, especially since it's obvious that the device is vibrating when you ride. however, it's very cool and suitable for touring bikes because of the large screen but in my opinion it is not suitable for small or fairing bikes, are there other models with smaller screens? Nice vid DV, ride safe buddy! 5:29 wow that's a cool hotrod there 6:27 haha that's also happened to me sometimes and it's kinda embarrassing lol 😆
W502 or W502 PRO
It will not fall of hehe. As you can see in the video I took it offroad and 200 km/h and it didn't move an inch =P They do have smaller models, they sent me their largest screen though. Yeah super cool hotrod for sure. I followed it around a bit. Maybe I will throw that footage in on my "compilation series" stalling bikes happens from time to time for me, even though i'm a "pro" ;) I don't even think about it when it happens, I just restart the bike and keep going. I feel no embarrassment at all =P Thanks for watching Gaz!!
07:15 i turn up the volume
Party music 🎶👌
Yep, seems like a very cool device bro.
Sure is. Thanks for watching bro
I've got an email asking if we want to try one of these in return for review. Tempting but we're more than happy with our old Garmin units. Looks a good way to link your phone to a robust display
@@Banditmanuk go for it. Always nice to have another or a spare one. The company has been very nice to me and the service / communication has been great. Thanks for watching Mr bandit
I like music in cars, but I never ride with it. Even as a kid, I rode bikes with no tunes. Dunno why, but I like to hear the world's noise while on two. Nice bike, though. :) :)
@@RandysRides yeah same here. I want to hear the bikes engine. Especially if you ride with a nice exhaust or straight pipes. Thanks for watching Randy
I’ve owned 2 of these. It’s a Triumph. British 🇬🇧. Fantastic bike for 2 up. Does everything you need. Nothing to complain about after 10 years. Why buy BMW. Only sheep buy those. Buy British if you can all day long. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
