Kawasaki really hit it out of the park with the W800. It is so well built and with a premium finish: adjustable clutch and brake levers, LED lights all round, and ABS. Plus, the paint jobs are the best I have seen coming out of Japan. It just looks and feels like quality. I have the cafe version and just added some Omega Racing exhausts. They sound amazing with the baffle in and a huge weight savings too. They are single walled so they discolor, which I am cool with. If you are too and own a W800, I would recommend Omega's exhausts. This is my 5th bike and my 3rd Kawasaki. My other bike is a modern liquid cooled bike, but my Kawi is my daily rider because it more utilitarian, lighter, with a plusher suspension for crappy city road and get better mileage too.

Beautiful bike! The older ones with chrome look so much better than the new black-ware ones. If I ever exchange my 1980 SR 500, it will be into either a W650 or a W800.

Great video! How's the rear brake being a drum brake? Does it stop fine? I recently sold a Triumph T100 and looking at a W800 2015, however the drum brake makes me wonder if it's a good option? Cheers from Australia!

I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed my video =) Honestly I have never had any problems when it comes to drum brakes on bikes so I don't think it would be a problem at all. I think the Kawasaki is a fine choice so don't worry about the brakes. Thanks for watching mate!
