It depends on how you want to live! I can live in Texas on 2400 a month. It cost me and my wife with two babies 1500 a month BUT we live in the country. Most people around us only make 200 to 300 dollars monthly.

Depends on your priorities. Nice place is Manila if you like convenient airports, etc. but most expensive. Dumaguete or Borocay if you like more relaxation but dont intend to travel much. Bacolod -Iloilo if you like eating. Tagaytay if you like cooler weather. There are always airport but will be more expensive due to connecting flights if you travel abroad. If you are always looking for excitement besides nature, you may get bored if you venture outside Manila.

I have been living in Cebu (Ayala Business Park) for about 4 months now. Prior to this I listened to several bloggers living in Texas concerning the Philippines. I can tell you your content is legit on the information you give to your subscribers. i believe everything is from your personal experience or from the heart. All i can say is keep speaking the truth because so many bloggers blow smoke up their subscribers ass.

That's what it cost with a FULL time girlfriend . Your flights are cheaper than mine, Manila to Boracay roundtrip comfort + class $8,251 P, Manila to Butuan roundtrip comfort + cla ss $12,918 P. Hotel cost in Boracay, Henann Crystal Sands Resort, $202/nite. So yes you are living a more simpler life. Hopefully, a new girlfriend will not cost you as much as the last one. Keep it up and be safe.😊

Sadly, older simps always pay a premium. Find a lady that's willing to be a true partner, not a play date (which is okay, if that's all you're looking for) for a full time girlfriend. It not necessary to lead with your wallet.

IN the past, people saved for a vacation. If you were planning to spend $2000.00 on a weeks vacation you would set aside $40.00 a week for 50 weeks just for that adventure. That seems to be a rarity now: most just max out their C/C and then complain about the 30%+ interest they are paying on the debt. Your monthly cost of living is reasonable. Your monthly expenditure when travelling is what seems expensive to you. There is no place in the world that travelling and playing is cheaper or similar in cost to staying "home".

Great info.. been following you about 6 months. I dont comment as watching on a tv. Same age as you. Friend of Bill W. 27yrs. solo traveling Been to PH 2 twice in past year. both for 3weeeks. Cebu,Bantayan×1 Bohol×2 Elnido×1.. Coming back Nov for 3 weeks then Cebu to Krabi TH for 3 weeks. Did that last Nov also. I have to say moving around is tiring and time consuming. I found staying 5-7 days in 1 location very good. Like you Bohol checks all boxes for me "so far" But I have to keep moving because the next stop could be better! I think Nov 2024.. Start Ceb. 2 nights"Belmont H." for jetlag. Coming from Boston Ma. then Corron 4 days..Boat to El nido 6 days. Then I have to decide where next! Pay the AirSwift Maifia to Boracay or Cebu, then boat to Siquijor or Fly to Siargao island.... Big decisions and planning.. Thanks for putting yourself out there. I'll come back in again in March for 3 weeks.
