Excellent, thanks for the video. It was a big help, I'm painting a house built in 1891.

my 2 cents: Don't buy the $4 pry bar from harbor freight if you value your eyesight Use the scrap piece/ oscilating tool to cut the door jamb too, not just the casing, then slide floor under. You can use the rubber end of the mallet to send the board home, although you used prefinished floor so I understand the precaution. But this goes for closing gaps near walls too. Once you chalk the line to get your initial run, you can screw down a straight 2x4 or 2x6 to that line on the subfloor to be sure the floor stapler can't move the board off your line. Then after a few more runs past that you can unscrew the 2x, put underlayment down and put a spline (a piece of tongue you put in the stair tread) in the groove and go the other direction with the floor stapler until you're too close to the wall. If you need to make splines with your table saw they're about 3/16 thick and 3/8 wide. Good video!

They use the same concept in Dominican Republic. But using regular bricks with holes and place them in certain yards. Grass will grow and you can park your cars for events and not get muddy. Just keep signs for NO HIGH HEELS

I like this idea for a semi-temporary deck, but I would definitely want to put down a base of compacted crushed rock underneath. Presumably that would remove most of the bounce. A little bounce I could live with since it’s all clipped together. I personally wouldn’t put any structures on top of it, even that relatively light weight pergola. It’s fun to see the different things available out there even if I might not use them myself. As you say, time will tell if the deck system holds up or not.

I want to do this, but with the idea to spin the bins 90 deg., so they load from the "side" instead of the "edge" (the unit would be wider, and as long as you want to make it)? This way, if you had them side-by-side, you could do a "moving aisle" system? Or you could stack them edge-to-edge along a wall and still be able access all bins? Is this plan flawed?

What’s bad about gravel or asphalt crumbs is that they then become overgrown with small grass and there is no dirt.

Weeds will still grow on top, even with your underneath textile because they grow from the top, the pollen travels in the air once these weeds touch ground they germinate and there you go now you have weeds.😊

I built a 4x8 lean to wood shed and made into a tiny office space. I insulated it and it makes a cute little tiny office and man cave. Small, but I made it work. Wood is very sturdy and I like it over resin and metal. I think it would be more difficult or make a personal office or man cave either way a resin or metal shed.

People have been doing white coat plaster since the 1200s , it’s a great system that does take some skill. This is a neat little idea , maybe it will bring back plaster more . You can smooth out 20 , 45and 90 set also without that stuff you’re using I do it all the time.

This works fine for empty totes but fully loaded ones are a different story without getting fingers pinched or reaching for a heavy load over your head with a moving housing unit going in the opposite direction. Also the plastic behaves differently in a very hot compared to a below freezing garage.

Whoa! This video is the type of info I needed in figuring out how to fix some mayor water damage on our mobile home siding down below our back entrance door. The chunks I removed are uneven, and I did not want to do a cut-out to fit a board. This product will do perfectly. Thanks!

The plastic that you put underneath, that kind of blocks the water which is not good
