it would be hilarious if you could play the SAV 20.12.48 its so fun and you can use it with HE only too because nothing has more than 27mm of roof armor lol (I use the he to deal with shermans)
@@321cool I don’t have it unfortunately. I’ll have to see how much it costs to acquire. It’s definitely a cool vehicle with a quick reload if I’m thinking of the correct SAV
This is a really underrated vehicle and it’s amour is pretty trolly so you can bounce a decent amount of shells great vid man keep it up

@@Jassim_ww2_bricks when I first started using it I thought it would be a struggle but after getting the APHE round my eyes were opened. It has no business being that good
@@PolarPlays_ understandable man the moment you have the APHE it's really fun using it! It's one my favorite medium tank. The Ikv 72 at 1.3 has the same APHE round as the Strv m/42 EH. It's a great TD with amazing gun depression if I remember correctly it has - 20 of depression. Definitely helped with the grind to get to 2.7

@@driver5724 I’ve often thought that too. You’re not alone in that. I’ll drop it down a bit. I’m not a fan of when some KZreadrs have very little game audio. I’ll find the perfect balance. Thanks for the feedback!

For anyone struggling to kill this thing from the front: I suggest aiming for the right and left sides of the lower glacis. This lets you partly shoot around the transmission which would otherwise absorb your shot.
you should play the Ho-ri production next , the prototype is a fine tank but the production is just beter more armor and pen
@@driver5724 I’ve got the prototype, I haven’t quite reached the production in the Japanese tree. I can do the prototype sooner and hit the production in a later video?
Nice gameplay as usual, i used to f*****g hate the Hetzer (and the Jagdpanzer 4) when i was grinding the french tree, nothing I could to to it in up-tiers. If i remember correctly, I beleive that it is not until i unlocked the ARL44 (the 90mm one at 5.3 BR) that i finally killed my first. Thanks for bringing back painfull memories 😂.
@@pierremarsalj I know I say every tank is my favorite, but just wait until I bring out the Stug III 👹. I used to instill absolute terror in my enemies. The Hetzer and the Jagdpanzer 4 are tough to kill if you don’t have much firepower, but it can be done. You can always do the trusty cannon barrel or transmission shot, then try to flank around or call out to the team for help.
You can probably hear it in my voice but work has been exhausting lately. Nevertheless I enjoyed playing this vehicle for you guys. I hope you enjoy!

Other KZreadrs I watch like oddbawz, spookston, and Phlydaily are entertaining, but they’re much more animated and yelling into the mic. That’s not me, and I’d be robbing you guys of information and quality content if I tried to be someone I’m not. I’m much more laid back and just enjoying the game. Thanks for your support as always!
To answer the question at the beginning. I shall say I play Britain. Britain... so... uh, every tank? If i have to pick one, it's the Excelsior. (I don't actually hate british vehicles. I love them. But I k ow they aren't the best. However I also know they aren't the worst so. Give me my Lakeman AA arms and I'm happy)
@@deccy2105 Great Britain isn’t bad, they just don’t have afterpen damage to make them enjoyable, or the mobility. Solid shot makes short work of most heavies, you just have to either hit ammo or shoot multiple times.
@PolarPlays_ Yeah I really don't mind playing Britain as a nation. I've gotten used to them and since they've basically been all I ever play everything else feels op to play. Except italy and france. Italy is great don't get me wrong... but i don't touch france. 4.7 britain is the pinnacle ive found. Its the most balanced br for britain. But the churchills need sorting. A .3 drop would be good for all of them. To actually make them feel like heavy tanks. Only exception would be the MK1. 3.3 is fine for that beast.
@@deccy2105 I’m not the most experienced with lower tier Britain but 4.7 is a good br range. I need to remake my first ever video now that I have my recording software right. It was fun, but it’s low quality. I’m currently doing a stock conqueror grind and holy hell it’s painful
@PolarPlays_ I feel for you. But its definitely one of the more fun tanks at 7.7 if its still at that Br. Haven't checked in a few weeks. Personally i stick to the low tiers they are the most fun to play
@PolarPlays_ A tabk you'd definitely have fun with is the AC1 at its br it can be quite the damage absorber and with a fast reload I find its quite capable. Another good tank is the british goblin also known as the AEC 2. With the 57mm. Had my most fun game in that car.

I play war thunder on my Xbox one and I tried the realistic mode rather than the arcade. You definitely have skills.
@@aidenlarabee1208 thank you I appreciate that! I also started playing on arcade on a PlayStation 4. Eventually moved on to PC so I understand how console gaming on WT can be. Combined I’ve got around 3000 hours. All it takes is practice! You’ve got this!
Yes it is better but the problem is at the br anything can pen it since up tier is a thing that makes you fight tigers
@@nathanrowe1542 I manage to bounce a few tigers and panthers but yes being at 5.3 you face a lot of cannons that just delete you if you look at them the wrong way

What if you made a video every so often where you just record yourself grinding different nations? That way you can get in a little more footage while playing whatever vehicles you feel like! Also, if you have the SAV tank destroyer with the 1.2s reload from the swedish ground tree, you should totally make a video on it sometime, its really fun to one-shot KVs and other heavy tanks you see without an issue. Love your content!

Before I started recording I was researching the first merkava, I wish to continue that so it would be fun! I don’t have the SAV, that’s the premium right? I like one shotting KV’s with the Chaffee too 👹
I’ve also thought of showcasing good lineups for different BR’s if that’s something the people would enjoy.

Hey mak great video! You should definitely check out the Strv m/42 EH the APHE shell is amazing for 2,7. It has more explosive filler than the IS-2 which is definitely insane for its BR. Your pen isn't a lot if you get uptiered so you'll definitely have to pick your fights. But at the same BR and a downtier you'll have no problem at all you most likely one shot everything. Advice I could give for this vehicle: Great gun depression so use that to your advantage. Great shell but take 2-4 solid shots if you can't pen something if you get uptiered. Hopefully you'll take a look at this vehicle!

@@qcarr welcome to the channel from the insanely humid south! My early content was strictly edits. Commentary began with the begleitpanzer. I aim to remake some of the videos before I did commentary. The T-44 is one of my favorites so it’ll be redone soon!
“It’s the M6A1 but reverse” - the answer I got when I asked my friend what’s the difference was when it got added.
If the M6A1 could actually move, it would be the T1E1. The M6 is rolled homogenous and the T1 is cast armor. I can never remember the difference but I think rolled is stronger? Either way the added mobility the electric motors gives the T1 is why it sits at a higher BR. Totally worth it in my opinion even though I got uptiered to 6.0 a bunch.
Love the vids, if possible can you play the T26E5, it’s front armor is nearly impenetrable (it’s almost as good as the king tigers front armor) and the cannon is amazing
Dude I've been wanting to play the T26E5 for so long...I just have to research it first. I don't have time to sit and grind for vehicles anymore :( I'm definitely going to do that vehicle because as a King Tiger enjoyer, I don't like being bullied by that vehicle. Thanks for the support!!!

It's crazy. It has the american 76mm at 5.3 with the 37mm coax. The mobility for me is what makes it so enjoyable to play. The M6A1 is just too slow, which sucks because I love that tank as well. Mobility OP.

You should remove grass

This is one of the few vehicles I do well in. Although at longer ranges the round explodes well off target even when properly managed in..
At longer ranges it's more of a hail mary shot. You have 1 of 3 outcomes... 1. Miss. 2. magically one shot them, or 3. damage a few modules and reload for more. It's rewarding to guess the range correctly and see the enemy vaporize
fun fact you can actually put the body pillows on the inside of the thing and if you really wanted you can have erika there sticking out of the gunners little cutout on the top left of the front

This vehicle is always a blast to play and is one of my ultimate favorites for playing lowtier. it's such a capable vehicle, and has such a silly playstyle i'm shocked popular war thunder youtubers don't play her more in videos.

@@gurkhacigar588 it’s definitely a rough experience as a whole. On one hand, you have amazing armor and an incredible 105mm gun. But on the other you have horrendous speed. The neutral steering is pretty decent at turning the vehicle and wiggling when battling to make enemies bounce. You just have to get into the fight first!
