    Just curious. What haircut type did he ask for? When I go to a barbershop I ask for a low taper fade. Just wondering what was his request?

    It’s a Textured Fringe with a darker Low taper.

  • @friedbacon7611
    @friedbacon7611Ай бұрын

    That’s not textured that’s just an incredibly uneven cut w way too much on top and even more in the front. Has to be great clips or hair cuttery

  • @DavidFalla

    lol if you say so, just say you don’t understand hair, it’s okay, I can teach you.

    Could’ve have been more textured (I am not hating)

  • @DavidFalla
    @DavidFallaАй бұрын

    I didn’t want to disrupt the structure created. Over texturing super straight hair creates the spiderweb effect that nobody likes. Just my opinion

    I hope you make a video using all these new tools. On a separate note have you ever used gloves my hands are getting really dry, plus I am getting more hair splinters, Do you have any suggestions?

  • @DavidFalla
    @DavidFallaАй бұрын

    Hey and I will make a video soon. I don’t use gloves, I can’t cut with gloves lol so I just make sure I use a good hand lotion and deal with the hair splinters the best way I can.

  • @DavidFalla

    My magic clip is as real as it gets, booth clippers came directly from WAHL. This video is like 6-7 videos old, so the magic clip has changed a lot

    Ton of self-proclaimed barbers on KZread flooding the platform with a variety of cuts and styles.... from fades to pomps to everything in between...and I am not a barber or a stylist, but I have eyes and trust in what I consider to be visually appealing, as well as finding genuine pleasure and appreciation in witnessing the process by which these professionals attain such a solid aesthetic.... I am sure it provides great reference materials for other barbers across the globe, but it also gives us regular folk some inspo into ideas for future cuts, as well as some visuals to provide to our own barber.... problem being for some, they have a hard time locating a barber in their area that is capable of achieving such a clean result. Keep looking...while it isn't really an industry where many would be comfortable going the trial and error route, there are a ton of online resources where you can share the names of quality pros in your area, and believe me, word of mouth and honest reviews are the absolute best way in locking down a good barber...and as we all know, when you find one, you hold onto them with dear life and rue that they may have to switch and thats usually out of their own volition.That is a testament to the work of the creator... so now circling back to my initial observation, it is obvious that there are a bunch of posers out there claiming to produce quality work, with all due respect.... but that just means they need to continue to put in the work and master their craft..and that means taking the compliments as well as the constructive criticism with grace.. we know social media is notorious for keyboard warriors perpetuating hate without any basis, and that's not what I am referring to here...all I say is that if a viewer comments on areas of improvement they feel they should work on, this is probably the most valuable feedback you can get from a completely unbiased individual, without absolutely nothing to gain or lose by sharing their opinion...we could all be so lucky in our respective professions to have a safe space to share our work and gather insight and feedback that is truly borderless...NOBODY and I stress, NOBODY, is this good on day 1....that all said, this is quality work my man and an absolute pleasure to just watch....wouldn't call myself an ASMR advocate, but if I was, this type of content would be my day 1 go-to.... #DrusViewz
