    The main purpose of the thumb loop is to be used as a Anchor point when tightening the wrist wrap. And is best removed from thumb once wrist wrap is tightened

    I first saw a 1 min vid explaining how to use the straps by max.. then was recommended this vid, initially thought "why would this take 7 mins?" but then you went into much more depth with some additional tips, great vid really thorough!

    DONT MAKE A VIDEO ON SOMETHING IF YOU DINT KNOW HOW TO DO IT!!! Bro.. look how many views you got… you misinformed so so many people and are gonna make them think they just “have bad wrists”. Man I fucked up my wrists for so long until I finally learned how to do it properly. You should take this down and make a video doing it properly

    This man obviously just uses them to palm himself because if he was lifting something more than an Oz he would know that wrapping them like that have no effect what so ever

    This is the completely wrong way 😂 that offers no support what do ever! You’re suppose to start wrapping just under the thumb and then work it around the hand and up the wrist.

    Thanks for the video, very informative. After 11 months training, my grip is now at its limit for shrugs and back row. I obtained a pair of straps and will use tthem for the first time today. And now I know how! :0) Thanks kindly.

    No brother....in bodybuilding we oftenly keep opening and wrapping it again because it resists the blood circulation.....so I won't advise anyone to use it for longer periods of time

    This Video should be titled How NOT to wrap your wrists. Wraps are higher on your wrist and very tight.

    Iam getting forearm bone pain while doing biceps workout....till now i consulted sevaral trainers...but still now i didn't get any change in pain....so many people saying that its an elbow pain...no one is not listening my problem....so please give me some suggestions to decrease pain...
