I think it is time that the canes move on from Foegele

I like Foegele but if he wants a bigger role and more money, I don’t see the fit. The Canes need offensive depth and I don't believe he's going to put up the numbers the team needs.

@@thatcanesguyjeb1289 agreed and I know it’s always appealing to talk about the big names but getting Tarasenko this off-season would be huge but will probably mean losing dougie

@@caniacnation554 if Dougie moves on, the key is where the team spends that money. No one that they'll be able to bring in will replace his offense from the blueline, so it'll be interesting to see what they do. I've thought about Tarasenko as well, but I'm concerned about his history with all the shoulder surgeries. Then there's the $7.5 million cap hit for two seasons. I'm not sure what the Blues would want back or what would entice them to eat some of that salary.

Huge congratulations to Rod Brind'Amour on winning a well-deserved Jack Adams. Not only did he coach this team to 3 consecutive playoff appearances (a first) but also their first division title since the 2005-06 season. Brind'Amour is the first coach in franchise history to bring the award home.
