  I have never known a DC ambulance to respond, even in this age of "improvement," to an emergency call in less time than a BCC ambulance. I have heard of some disturbing events right here in Chevy Chase DC, when DC 911 EMTs were neither adequately equipped nor trained, given performance on the job. Also, the DC Office of Unified Communications, which takes emergency calls and dispatches 911 aid, has a disgraceful history of routing first responders to the wrong address or not routing them at all; people have died on account of this and, unless the Mayor and the Council take action, people will continue to die for want of good training, good management, or both, in OUC. BCC personnel are well trained, well equipped, and notwithstanding the "disadvantage" of lacking a 911 link to upper NW DC addresses, they get to the emergency promptly. I urge residents of this area to ask the BCCRS Chief Sherburne to reconsider his proposal.

  Whoever posted this, you should post the correct times. For example , "Discussion and vote on the installation of a Capital Bikeshare station at site of Farmers Market at Lafayette Elementary School." is not 45 seconds in. Its at: 45:00 "Discussion and vote on the installation of a Capital Bikeshare station at site of Farmers Market at Lafayette Elementary School."

  we have been using the convention of simply hours and minutes since the inception of these videos. 0:45 for our purposes is the 45 minute mark. sorry for the confusion

  @@anc3g590 So when you type the number, it becomes a hyperlink to the video above. There is a big difference between 0:45 and 45:00 Click on them and you'll see the difference. Ultimately you've been doing it wrong the whole time.
