  Excellent, thank you. How does the meaning of apetecer and antojarse differ? Also, I do not understand why the conjugation of apetecer does not agree with what I assume is the subject of the sentence, myself (apetezco)?

  I've been learning Spanish on Duolingo but at this point I really need more additional content to understand why I am using certain words in certain orders to gain more confidence. I am trying to understand Tuyo, Suyo etc. So any help with that would be great. Also ya. Thanks!

  Thanks mate 👍 I'm from New Zealand but live in Australia & I don't have any Spanish ties etc. I've just been studying Spanish for the last 5 years & have made a few trips to Spain recently to practice/study. I'm still learning more myself with my teachers & I just like to pass on things I've learnt since I love the language but I also know first hand how hard it is to learn, when you live in a non Spanish speaking country

  I'm a complete beginner, I like the simple format of your lessons, but your pronunciation, both English and Spanish, lets you down. I listened several times to the way you say, 'conjugations' 😮

  Yes you're right, the NZ accent is different, we pronounce certain letters differently to other countries so sometimes people have trouble understanding me in English sometimes 😅 It's the same in Spanish, keep in mind I'm learning Spanish from Spain. They pronounce certain letters/words differently & have different expressions so since you're just starting out, I'd recommend picking a Spanish speaking country & sticking to that accent otherwise it can get confusing.

I have been learning from duelingo for some years but I cant talk fluently yet . I am an elderly person too. How ever I like to learn Spanish as i have a holiday home in the mainland Spain.   Muchísimas gracias 😃 That's a great idea, if you can learn some basic phrases then you'll be able to practice & maybe order some food or drinks in Spanish, the next time you go back. If I can help with anything else then let me know & definitely try speaking as much Spanish as you can, the next time that you're there & you'll start to pick things up faster.

  Thanks for this really you channel should grow fast Hoani. I look forward to your videos. I like talking about my day and saying what I did. I know it's a different tense but I like to be able to say I woke up at 7am. I had to run to catch the bus. The day was boring I left work at 6pm and went to the gym etc. I think this is what I use often. Then asking questions. What did you do today. What are your plans for the weekend? Simple phrases like that would be very useful.
