Tom produces all his own beats. I'm sure someone has said that by now lol, but just in case they didn't. Nova is Tom's better half - she directs, edits, and films all of the music videos. Evan Mogan does the mixing and mastering. His sister helps Nova with the filming and back end stuff, her husband Cory runs the drone and also helps with the sets. Jared Potter will assist with VFX from time to time - and then his parents lend a hand once in a while too. They've even been in a couple of videos (Ghost and God Mode) - and that's the whole team. He does everything separate from the music industry, and still finds time for his fans in his discord. Tom's a special guy; he and his team are not only changing minds and opening eyes - but saving lives. Nova's last name isn't really Rockafeller - it's Paholek - she is an artist as well - one of the best female rappers of my generation. She sings as well though. Also, Tom has lived in America for nearly 10 years - so this song was 100% about American politics.

Miku (Rhythm guitar/Backing singer) band founder worked for a time in a traditional Japanese Maid Cafe before putting together the Band Maid. It was her idea to use the Uniforms to give it a twist on the Hard Rock music they perform.

🤘Love.... Band Maid!!!🤘 They have some lyrics in Japanese and some in English. Many Japanese Hard Rock, Metal, etc. bands go back and forth between languages in their songs.

As to the bands name, the outfits the members wear are based on the typical maid cafe in Japan (if you watch anime there are a number of anime based on maid cafes - "Maid Sama" on HULU is one).

The lady with the red rose on her head once worked in a maid cafe in Tokyo, where she had a dream of forming a rock band wearing maid costumes to contrast with the hard rock sound- The Gap. It worked and her dream came true. BAND-MAID will kick your butt with one song and sooth you with another. Each member is a genius at their craft.

Official LIVE video means exactly that--a LIVE version of the song that was released officially. :D So, it isn't some silly fancam or cell/mobile phone video. Professionals filmed it the audio is out of the actual mixing board and not some external camera speakers.

How is it possible that you are unaware of so much? All throughout the Trump Presidency, between Antifa and Black Lives Matters organization, the country was torched over and over again by LEFTISTS. All the riots and damages were caused by these leftists funded organizations. Washington DC was on fire by riots after Trump was elected. After Biden was elected and Trump was just shot, NO RIOTS happened...not one. That is why Tom stated the right don't riot. I can tell you're passionate about what is currently happening in society and civility is the only thing we can uphold to not let our emotions overtake logic and keep an objective perspective to finding a solution. So again, THANK YOU. That being said, I wish to clarify a few things. Every time Tom stated "thank God the right don't riot" I heard the phrase "thank God the right don't right". I made an edit at 6:08 stating that I heard "right" and not "riot". I now see that I should have made that edit each time Tom repeated that phrase but the only reason why I didn't make the edit the first time I heard him say it (4:40 or around there) was because I didn't stop the song to address it. I'm getting this comment a lot so I might just make a pinned comment clearing that up. Regarding Antifa, no I didn't know their group by name but that does not mean I was oblivious to what was going on while President Trump was in office. I knew of all the riots; the historical statues being laced with graffiti or being dragged down completely. "Fiery but mostly peaceful protests". 'I'm not huge in watching the news either for multiple reasons. The main reason being I usually maintain two jobs and have no time for it but of course I would watch it now and then to see what was going on for any COVID updates. I do not get on social medias either i.e Facebook, X, Instagram etc. because I think social media platforms are a detriment to society as a whole and I do not wish to partake in it. I only bring that up to counter any arguments of "Well I'm sure you seen it all over (insert social media platform here)". Getting all that out of the way, we come back to your statement that I have the most intrigue in. What part of my conclusion do you disagree with? When you stated that I'm unaware of the history, I believe you're talking about only the window time frame of 2016-present. How does my take of what happened during WW2 have anything to do with not knowing who Antifa was? Even if your assumptions were correct and I didn't know about all the riots and everything the progressive left have been a part of, does that all of a sudden invalidate my takeaway lesson from WW2? In other words, would you still agree with anything that I have said if I had zero comprehension of what has been happening since 2016? I also don't believe the police were afraid of any protesters during the riots (I hope you don't mind if I address all your comments in this thread rather than addressing each comment on their own posts). Actually, they were concerned of the repercussions of what government officials and the general public thought of them. I put the blame squarely on Police Chiefs and the city mayors (government officials as well) for that but if the police were given the order to do what they had to do (without full fledge live ammo rounds firing) I believe they could have and would have been able to maintain order. I have a question for you. I am trying to find out what makes you tick. How is it possible that after 5 years and constant violence and destruction committed by Antifa ( funded by leftists) and billions of dollars in damages in USA that you have not heard of Antifa? For example, Antifa took over Portland for over a year and people feared them because of wearing masks and causing violence. They burned downed buildings. The police were afraid of them.

Tom produces all his own beats. I'm sure someone has said that by now lol, but just in case they didn't. Nova is Tom's better half - she directs, edits, and films all of the music videos. Evan Mogan does the mixing and mastering. His sister helps Nova with the filming and back end stuff, her husband Cory runs the drone and also helps with the sets. Jared Potter will assist with VFX from time to time - and then his parents lend a hand once in a while too. They've even been in a couple of videos (Ghost and God Mode) - and that's the whole team. He does everything separate from the music industry, and still finds time for his fans in his discord. Tom's a special guy; he and his team are not only changing minds and opening eyes - but saving lives. Nova's last name isn't really Rockafeller - it's Paholek - she is an artist as well - one of the best female rappers of my generation. She sings as well though. Also, Tom has lived in America for nearly 10 years - so this song was 100% about American politics.

Official LIVE video means exactly that--a LIVE version of the song that was released officially. :D So, it isn't some silly fancam or cell/mobile phone video. Professionals filmed it the audio is out of the actual mixing board and not some external camera speakers.

How is it possible that you are unaware of so much? All throughout the Trump Presidency, between Antifa and Black Lives Matters organization, the country was torched over and over again by LEFTISTS. I can tell you're passionate about what is currently happening in society and civility is the only thing we can uphold to not let our emotions overtake logic and keep an objective perspective to finding a solution. So again, THANK YOU. That being said, I wish to clarify a few things. Every time Tom stated "thank God the right don't riot" I heard the phrase "thank God the right don't right". I made an edit at 6:08 stating that I heard "right" and not "riot". I now see that I should have made that edit each time Tom repeated that phrase but the only reason why I didn't make the edit the first time I heard him say it (4:40 or around there) was because I didn't stop the song to address it. I'm getting this comment a lot so I might just make a pinned comment clearing that up. Regarding Antifa, no I didn't know their group by name but that does not mean I was oblivious to what was going on while President Trump was in office. I knew of all the riots; the historical statues being laced with graffiti or being dragged down completely. "Fiery but mostly peaceful protests". 'I'm not huge in watching the news either for multiple reasons. The main reason being I usually maintain two jobs and have no time for it but of course I would watch it now and then to see what was going on for any COVID updates. When you stated that I'm unaware of the history, I believe you're talking about only the window time frame of 2016-present. How does my take of what happened during WW2 have anything to do with not knowing who Antifa was? Even if your assumptions were correct and I didn't know about all the riots and everything the progressive left have been a part of, does that all of a sudden invalidate my takeaway lesson from WW2? In other words, would you still agree with anything that I have said if I had zero comprehension of what has been happening since 2016? I also don't believe the police were afraid of any protesters during the riots (I hope you don't mind if I address all your comments in this thread rather than addressing each comment on their own posts). Actually, they were concerned of the repercussions of what government officials and the general public thought of them. I put the blame squarely on Police Chiefs and the city mayors (government officials as well) for that but if the police were given the order to do what they had to do (without full fledge live ammo rounds firing) I believe they could have and would have been able to maintain order. She had the idea of Band-Maid after working as a maid in Japanese maid cafe's. Her idea is a concept called "The Gap" - that is what you see (cute maids) is NOT what you get (Hard Rock/Punk/Metal). They take the maid café concept literally. They call their concerts "servings" and their fans "Masters and Princesses". Oh, and Miku is an 810 year old small pigeon. Welcome to the pigeon hole Po!
