Do you have a video on replacing the suspension rods? My machine keeps going off balance and the spin cycle shakes really hard sometimes

I have the exact same washer, did all the steps right. Only difference while recalibrating is yours are blinking randomly with the lock on. Mines has all the same lights are just on, with the lock on. Yours is making noise and running through mines is quiet and then unlocks. In the coarse of a month I’ve had the motor, lower harness, lid lock, acu board, damper, actuator, parts replaced in increments 4 different techs. The last guy finished the job yesterday and said it was done but all the light are just on when you move the dial. I tried to do a load thinking that’s just how it was gonna be and the lights run through the cycle but the washer doesn’t actually wash. The water fills up, goes quiet for a bit then when it says wash & you hear a spin sound randomly but not like it’s actually washing.. drains and then unlocks but the clothes and soap look how it looked when I put them inside.

Thank You, I don't have any instructions on how this works. I just got it yesterday for free. When I put my first load in it won't drain out so I recalibrated it it's washing again I hope I can get it to rinse and drain also. Thank You, I appreciate you.❤

I'm the lead technician at an automotive supplier. I work on all and every type of equipment. Just because the part is new doesn't mean it's good! Especially if it came from amazon or 7:56 They are hit and miss when it comes to electronics. Buy another replacement part then your issue will be resolved. Just FYI even if you had assembled the dogs incorrectly, your washer still would function. Maybe not for long, but it would. Lol. So concentrate on a replacement part

I am pretty handy and am simply short on time. I looked at new dryers and mine with the bad wheels is probably 10 or 12 years old. Nope. Like my old dryer better than the new ones out there. Your video is great. I am going to do the repair myself. Thanks!

This is gonna sound dumb! But what is the capacitor job? My washer is a Whirlpool but it won't get out of wash cycle. I recalibrated the washer and looked for cloggings but nothing. Its stressful to not know what in the blue hell is going on.

Once you've done the diagnostic - then what? Mine was pretty silent during 18/19 when yours was making a sound. Does that mean the agitation/spinning is not working? I don't see what the diagnosis actually is right now.
