Great video! Sometimes just the vanity aspect of quitting alcohol is more impactful for some. Especially when we can’t really see how it’s destroying us on the inside.

Alcohol indirectly(or directly) led to me developing a brain disease that ended up with me getting three stents being placed in my brain. I gained 60lbs due to drinking/grief/stress and developed a condition called pseudotumor ceribri. I wish I could go back in time and seek the help I needed instead of turning to rum. These days I can count on one hand the amount of times I drink in a year🎉

Alcohol & Alchemy In chemical alchemy, alcohol is known as an extractor or separator of the essence from the object. Alcohol does the same to the human body, extracting the essence, or soul, from the body. When the vibration of the human body becomes too low and the toxicity too high due to alcohol, the soul exits the body and hovers around it. This correlates to being “blackout drunk” and makes us more vulnerable to spirit attachments and low-frequency vibration intrusion. Etymologically, the word, “alcohol” is derived from the Arabic word, “al-kuhl” which means, “body eating spirit”. “Once through a spiritual vision, I could observe a crowded club. I noticed dark and evil entities hovering over the club, keeping an eye over the people enjoying inside. Slowly as few people got incredibly drunk, I saw their souls depart their bodies, linked through a thread, as the intoxication made them uncomfortable. Evil spirits took overseeing empty vessels resulting in immoral acts. This is what is happening when someone has what we refer to as a ‘blackout.’ Having abilities of clairvoyance, empath, and channeling, I can see spirits since my childhood. Many times I have seen malevolent entities surrounding drunk people. These people often have a crazed, dark look in their eyes that shows they are not themselves anymore. -Jason Christoff So, here’s the “Spiritual Effects of Alcohol” shortlist: 1. Alcohol Lowers your Vibration When you start drinking it relaxes you, which makes you feel like your energy is flowing better. In fact, alcohol poisons your body, lowers your frequency and jams up your energy. “Because here’s what we all know: each time you drink alcohol, your vibration drops. It can take up to ten days to restore the point of vibration you’re at before you drink.” - Melanie Beckler 2. Alcohol Creates Holes in Your Aura Your aura is an energetic field that surrounds your body; kind of like a force field. It keeps other energies at bay, that is, unless you have holes or tears. You create holes in your aura by disrupting your energies in various ways through negative thinking, traumas, giving up your power, and consuming alcohol or drugs because they destabilize the vibrational system. 3. Alcohol Interferes with Psychic Abilities Alcohol has been known to block psychic abilities and create a haze and murkiness from the person who is being “read” by the psychic. The connection is disrupted between the two people and their spirits. It’s recommended to abstain from drinking before doing any psychic work. 4. Alcohol Makes You Susceptible to Entities/ Energies Yeah cool, no big deal. You may just take on destructive and depressing energies or unserving and malicious entities. How’s that for taking someone home with you from the bar? After drinking, you may notice that, besides your hangover, you’re upset for no reason, irritable, apathetic, depressed, self-destructive or just don’t feel like yourself. 5. Alcohol Throws Your Chakras off Balance Alcohol disrupts your energetic field and that includes your main seven chakras, creating an energetic imbalance in your body, mind and spirit that will take some time and attention to repair. Alcohol Disrupts Your Spiritual Progress as a Whole As you evolve in your spiritual journey and expand your spiritual capacity, you’ll have more conscious awareness of your energy. You’ll feel a shift in the “hum” or “buzz” of your energy even before the hangover sets in. Alcohol lowers your vibration due to its toxic nature. And here’s the kicker. Expanded spiritual awareness and capability is polarized in both a positive and negative direction. Know this and save yourself a lot of trouble going forward. “The more man knows, the more he is responsible for, and a person with the knowledge of Spiritual Law which he does not practice suffers greatly in consequence.” - Florence Scovel Shinn Not all spiritual beings go to the temple to pray. YOU are the temple. “Take care of your body temple, for the energy of the entire universe flows through it.” - Consciousness Liberty

I seem to have had a 360 degree turn around, and experience sobriety long term. Now I am seeing the people I care about being destroyed by it and there is not a dam thing I can do for them. Preaching makes them rebel, even by example has no effect. I watched this utube promoting the so called benefits of alcohol. iF I had not known about the horror this poison does to our vessels and potential, I would of believed the lies. They twisted every danger into a favour, such as red wine has rsveratrol, yeah but the alcolhol kills all benefits the rsveratrol has! Or it relaxes you, but causes depression and anxiety, I know as I have been there! It destroys elastin and collagen, makes your hair fall out, loose lustre, messes with gut bacteria (I have long covid, I had severe hair loss). It shrinks the brain, recall, cognition, yes it does over time. The thing is its all over time, its a slow secret destroyer and we are brain washed into believing its the best, our friends. Have you ever known buddies, friends who turn on you, betray you, attack after you've poured your heart out to them, thought they were on your side? I have ! Alcohol is a mistress, a saboteur, she'll destroy all your chances to propel yourself into a higher timeline, reach your dreams, but it will be done slowly. You will crave their attention, company, others who are in your gang. Yet you won't progress as much as you would if you leave the bad company. It will begin to steal your sleep, bring you down, make you nervous, your face will rapidly age, body tone will be a thing of the past. Your energy will fade, with your recall, memory, you start to become dumb, can't remember. This isn't old age its the creeping insidious effects from booze, done regularly. He will abandon, leave you losing , after the one night stand, and it will be another hangover too many!

I had both feet done at the same time. I stayed in bed for about a month but I would get up to go to the bathroom with special shoes and gradually increase my steps daily. I also did floor exercises everyday without putting pressure on my feet but to keep my upper body toned. After 2 and a half months I was back in my normal shoes and after 3 months I was running again. So glad I did the surgery

My folks are both from the Gulf Coast, near New Orleans, which has a *massive* drinking culture. My mom's talked about how bad it is there and mentioned using visine to cover the red eyes from drinking when she was 17, and her own dad getting kicked off his high school wrestling team (which was probably also during prohibition). She went sober in '89 after passing the bar exam, before she and my dad moved across the country and hasn't had a drink since. My dad just quit a few years ago also. I've heard enough stories about the health issues family have had I didn't start drinking until my early 20s, and aside from a few stressful eras and the occasional indulgence, I've always tried to keep it in check for my health. At 32, between that and not going in the sun to tan and no one believes I'm actually my age lol

Almost 7 months sober! I noticed exaggeration in my fine lines & forehead creases while deep in my addiction (I’m 27) and weight gain in my abdomen which made me look pregnant since the rest of my body stayed rather slim. Ultimately I quit though because of a bad burn accident while trying to serve myself dinner while drunk. Woke up the next day with blisters all down my neck & right shoulder. Doing a lot better now.

Not true ! Doubters and pessimists disagree with the term, “everything in moderation” ! I’ve been living by that since I was 18 yrs old, I’m now 60. I’ll admit in my young adult life I over drank on weekends. But as an adult after 40 yrs of age, I’ve kept alcohol to a minimum and have been in good health. Alcohol can come with benefits. But you gotta know your limits. You gotta be strong enough mentally to stick to your limits without giving it up. Life is meant to enjoy, and fulfill every experience every monumental event, and a beer or a shot of tequila won’t kill you but you gotta have limits and know when to stop for the night. Live life, just don’t waste it!
