OKO 24mm is too much carb for that treats read kit.. Make sure you get a range of pilot and main jets. If you are going to use a two shoe weld the posts that hold the shoes to the back plate. They will bend.

Nice job. I’m no expert but it’s giving me motivation to tackle a project daily I purchased that’s been sitting for like 5 months with clear coat peeling. I was told these guns are not recommended by so many and the paint would be too thick. Now I’m gonna purchase one any way. What grit sand paper did you use prior to using the gun

Glad to hear! I would highly suggest you pick an electric sprayer that's corded. Also I think I used 320 grit to prep the surface

Yeah, i geared this bike for offroading, plus running lean so I had to go a little slow. Also my baffle and pipe broke off at the 2nd half of the ride.. it's a proma too

@@cowboywonton yea lean is mean upjet play with needle til u get the chocolate color on the plug use ngk7hs I recommend the treats pipe aka blackpipe very durable it don't fall apart 18x45 gearing for rally and what ever gearing u use for dirtbike rideing when u go off road 18x 45 with flat road is fun 45 to 50 mph depend on the combo u r running I love puch e50 u can make alot of power with them

i was experimenting with an adjustable jet from braigasen, but i was getting fluctuated mixtures from the bumpy ride. The tuning mechanic was from a thread and a rubber cap to prevent vibrations. I ended up taking it off and slapped on the only jet i had in my bag which wasn't the right one for the job

Not very much! I made sure I did it in order (painted the areas first where it will cause more overspray around the perimeter) It’s also a very large square-ish van too.

Honestly it’s good ,,, if you lightly wet sand it then polish or clear coat it it’d be pretty close to pro ,,, only thing is to be perfect would be filling in the body and peeping it uniform and evenly,,, but like I said ,,, it’s good you can always go back and refine it over time 👍🏾

Considering that orange peels galore, to have primed it before would not have made a lot of a difference. I've heard that with them electric sprayers, single stage and thick materials alike does a better job, but still orange peel seems to be a constant. I think that with corded unity with the compressor separated and with a nozzle of 1.0mm or less, the results would have been better, also wet sanding it with 2000 grit and higher would not have hurt it.

brandless ebay front forks i got $10 from marketplace. Wasn't an easy mod since I had to convert the frame head tube to accept 1-1/8" headsets

Added steel tubes inside and compressed it with washers with a threaded rod in between the shock absorber and triple tree plate. It's sketchy because there's a bit of play when hitting the front brakes. I wouldn't recommend lol.

Still have it and tucked away. Haven’t quite reached the recommended 500mi(?) break in period. I don’t ride that often anymore so it’s still at 90. I port matched my case so that’s something to consider. I recommend doing the same to squeeze out the most of your kit
