  man. i didn't even read the text on the screen i saw the storefront of harvey washbangers and my jaw dropped. it's definitely handy business to have here, all there are is college students (cause the city council pushes more and more to redevelop into student housing and prices rise to squeeze money out of the college kids and more and more people leave every year) so plenty of places don't have their own laundry, that's true. but they also drove off all their regulars (they used to host event nights. you need to understand this place is a laundromat so people come and go all day and it's never all That busy so there is Definitely room to host these events) and changed their entire menu like two years ago so I don't go there anymore lmao. they used to sell hot dogs man. they don't even need regulars bc their customer base is a revolving door because of the students. thank god for summer, the roads are driveable again

  Legal loopholes. They can design a similar logo and theme for their restaurant as long as it don't look too similar. I've seen people buy a franchise of a popular fast food franchise and transform it into something else completely. Just like McDonald's = McDowells in the movie Coming To America.
