Plan on either charging a certain amount of interviews or funneling it to help companies recruit.

This is a good problem. I feel like most people don’t have jobs nowadays because they suck at interviews. Even as a business owner, we have to go through 3-5 interviews before finding someone who answers fluently and can think on their feet. Good solution Will and Ryan.

Great video! In one of your previous videos, it wasn't clear why you decided not to scale the DashBill and start something new. Now, in this video, you mentioned it's an app specialized for Fraternities and that the market isn't big enough. I guess you're looking for a bigger market. If you take the lessons from this video into a larger market, I'm excited to see what happens next for you!

I am glad you enjoyed the video!! The market is not big enough for a VC model but lucrative for a lifestyle/indie making business, still keeping it running as it generates income for me to go full time and we have solid customers. Two of the main reasons would be because of scaling aspect, surprisingly a good amount of hoops to jump through to onboard a customer, and also just wanting to build something new 😊. Currently building another project right now, looking forward to going after a new market. I will make a video about that one soon as well. Thanks for tuning in again, more videos coming soon! 🤠

Great video! If you are looking for other good entrepreneurship books, I highly recommend the book "The Millionaire Fastlane" by M.J. DeMarco. (This book offers a perspective on financial freedom and provides practical advice to accelerate your path to wealth.) I also recommend his other book 'Unscripted', but it is more convenient to read "The Millionaire Fastlane" first. Wishing you all the best from The Netherlands!

As an entrepreneur of 15 years (software and fitness brick and mortar)... i think you're going to experience the SAME EXACT problem with any new business you start... very few uncontested spaces exist. I think you're suffering from uninformed optimism. Anything you start is with HOPE and OPTIMISM "This one is the one"... but like anything in life, there will be challenges and being able to push through is what separates the men from the boys. All progress comes from struggle and you won't find anything that grows uncontested... just my 2 cents. Wish you all the best, whatever you choose, stick with it.

Thanks for the feedback! Definitely on the same page as well, not looking for a market that is completely uncontested. Just trying to build more products that are pain killers rather than vitamins. Appreciate the insight! 😊👍🏽
